Resin Heirloom Lace Pendants Craft DIY

This ETI-USA sponsored post was live on Resin Crafts Blog previously.   Affiliate links included.  All opinions are my own.  Resin Heirloom Lace Pendants Craft DIY Resin crafts are easily becoming my favorite types of projects these days.  I love working with all types of resins.  This project is a quick one and a fun way to preserve some lace in a pendant. You will need: Lace ***the jewelry resin can yellow over time so white lace will look more off white*** EnviroTex Jewelry Resin UltraSeal or ModPodge Pendant Bezel and chain Begin by cutting a piece of lace the size of the inside of the bezel. Then paint the sealer generously inside the bezel. Place the lace on top and seal over the top of the lace. Mix the resin according to package directions in a 2 phase manner.  Raise the bezel to a level surface since the hanging part extends to the back. Lace, Pearls and Crystal Choker!

Lace, Pearls and Crystal Choker!  You will need: 12 to 14 inches of crochet lace 2 Ribbon Crimp Ends Gold chain, clasp, eyepins and jump rings 4 teardrop crystals 4 pearls Jewelry pliers  Use the jewelry pliers to clamp down on the end of the lace.  Repeat on the other side.  Put an eye pin through the teardrop bead. Wrap the extra eye pin around itself.  This is a great trick for tricky beads!  Attach the largest teardrop to the center of the lace with a jump ring.  Repeat for the 2 smaller sized ones.  I used a pin for the pearls and formed a loop with the excess pin.  Now add a length of chain on one end and the toggle clasp on the other end. Ready to wear!  I love great DIY statement necklaces!   This post published on Doodlecraft first

Colored Pencil Roll Organizer!

Colored Pencil Roll Organizer! I was sent these Ohuhu 48 Fine Art Colored Pencils in exchange for this review. All opinions are my own. I absolutely love coloring...but I'm kind of a snob when it comes to what I color with. I will not use crayons. Ugh.  I absolutely love these pencils! They are smooth, glide gently and even blend together softly! My daughter and I colored most of an afternoon together! Adult coloring is very therapeutic they say... My cousin did the artwork and sells it as a downloadable coloring book! I decided to make a pencil roll for easy storage of colored pencils. Great for on the go...or Back to School too! I used 2 pieces of fabric...about 12" by 18" Place them so the pretty side of the fabrics are touching each other. Then sew all around the border, except for about a 4 inch gap. Turn the fabric right side out through the little hole. Then iron and add a decorative stitch around the border to hold the last 4...
