I have never been a foundation stick devotee before but this one is a game changer for me! I normally use a liquid foundation so I was finding the stick formula a little heavy until I discovered that it was a lot less messy to use the stick to make my own tinted moisturizer! What's notable about it is just how thin the formula is - which had me expecting sheer coverage at best but it's actually very customizable for everything from barely there to total flaw concealment - just remember is to shake really well before using. It's a pump formula which I like but because the formula is so liquid applying it directly to my brush got a little messy so I pumped it on the back of my hand and loaded my brush from there - half a pump is plenty for me for sheer to medium coverage or a full pump for medium coverage with a little extra in problem areas.

The shade selection is great, my perfect colour exists and I also don't find that it disappears during the day or melts off my face when the weather gets steamy so overall I am loving this new foundation!

I'm a big fan of tinted moisturizer in the summer and due to the general lack of fair shades available, have long been used to creating my own which isn't always easy - the texture of both the moisturizer and foundation is important and need to be just right so that they mix together seamlessly to give you that perfect no-makeup look while adding just enough moisture to make skin feel refreshed without feeling heavy or cakey!

Erika Jayne of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fame was in Toronto Thursday with her Glam Squad to help kick off the event. As an avid watcher of any and all of the RH franchises, it was hard, but I somehow managed to control myself and not ask her my truly burning questions (Is Lisa VDP as big a scheming bitch as she appears to be on the show or did you ever find out why Dorit has a British accent seeing as she's from Connecticut and all...?) but rather limited myself to beauty related queries.
