Fragrant Friday - Jasmine Collection by Sephora A Whole New World

After an invisible jet, a magic carpet would be my number one choice as a mode of transportation which means I would really need to start wearing:

Disney Jasmine Collection by Sephora A Whole New World 50ml EDP - $70 - a floral musky fragrance with top notes of carnation, orange blossom and madarin; heart notes of gardenia and cedarwood; and top notes of sandalwood, vanilla, amber and benzoin.

Also available as a Perfumed Body Shimmer - $54 and Perfumed Oil Rollerball - 6.5ml - $23

And while the fragrance is a little too exotic smelling for my taste without having said flying carpet - the bottle is so beautiful that I would buy it just for that!

There's also a whole Jasmine makeup collection including: Magic Carpet Ride Eyeshadow Palette - $36; Storylook Eyeshadow Palette Vol 2 - $66; Three Wishes Eyeliner Set - $50; One Is Never Enough Nail Set - $29; The Palace Jewel Compact Mirror - $29

Urban Decay and OPI offer collections inspired by Disney's Oz The Great and Powerful!

Looking forward to Disney's The Great And Powerful Oz and are counting the days until it's release in March? Here's something else to look forward to (or even get your hands on now) - a couple of beauty collections inspired by the movie...
Urban Decay has 2 limited edition palettes inspired by the movie and because we all have a good and bad side, there is both a Glinda and Theodora palette to choose from.

Both versions incorporate a Build Your Own Palette format for total versatility. When you finish the original shades (or whenever you get the urge to experiment), just pop them out and pop your favorite UD shadows into the cool collectible tin. Both palettes have six pans and eight all-new and exclusive Eyeshadows. Including “duo-shades” in each palette that are split in half, with a different color on each side of the pan.

The Glinda Palette - $58 - in a sleek tin featuring a dreamy, celestrial design awash in a sheer backdrop of pink, gold and peach containing everything you need to recreate Michelle Williams’ look from the film, including a card with step-by-step instructions. Including 8 shadows:
Tornado - vibrant deep purple shimmer
Aura - 2 shades in 1: iridescent white with blue shift/iridescent white with red shift
Magic - pinkish purple with a golden shimmer
Illusion - pale peach satin
OZ - 2 shades in 1: gold with gold glitter/silver with silver glitter
South - warm pale gray shimmer with silver micro-glitter
Also includes a Super-Saturated High Gloss Lip Color in Glinda - light sheer nude and a travel sized 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in a deep eggplant hue.

The Theodora Palette - $58 - in a sleek tin featuring a moody, colourful skyscape flanked by Rochach-like patterns with everything you need to recreate Mila Kunis’ look from the film, including a card with step-by-step instructions. Including 8 shadows:
Broken - pale cream satin
Beware - warm brown matte
Bewitch - dark charcoal brown satin
West - deep metallic brown shimmer
Spell - 2 shades in 1: black satin with green and gold shimmer/gold metallic with tonal glitter
Jealous - 2 shades in 1: pale green pearl/dark green pearl
Also includes a Super-Saturated High Gloss Lip Color in Theodora - bright red cream and a travel sized
24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in black.

Available now at sephora.ca.

OPI has 6 limited edition shades that are whimsical and magical, just like the film! Including:

Glints of Glinda - chic beige that's far from meek
Which is Witch? - silver glitter with iridescent sparkle
I Theodora You - adorable, sheer pink
Lights of Emerald City - white confetti
Don’t Burst My Bubble - puffy clouds of white
When Monkeys Fly! - gold confetti
What Wizardry Is This? - textured matte with reflective sparkle

Available in March for $10.95 each at professional spas and salons.

If you are lucky enough to be headed to Disneyland or Disneyworld, you can pick one up at the parks, the rest of us will have to make do with ordering online at: http://www.disneystore.com/disney-parks/dooney-bourke/pop-princess-collection/c/314002/

MAC and Disney team up to bring us Venomous Villains in September!

This just in:  MAC Cosmetics is teaming up with Disney to create a limited edition color collection, intended to launch globally in late September in all MAC locations. The products will feature four Disney characters, on which the brand is keeping mum at the moment — although with a collection name of Venomous Villains, it is assumed that we’re not talking Donald Duck and Minnie Mouse here. Lipstick, powder, lip gloss and blush shades will be sold, ranging in price from $12 to $29.50.

You can check out the video, which tells you absolutely nothing at - www.maccosmetics.com/vv

How awesome is that?! Makes sense that MAC would do a villains theme since they are always manevolently stealing the money out of my wallet by forcing me to buy their collections! And of course I love a Disney villain! I'm hoping for Ursula and I know Christelle is pulling for Cruella!  Which villain are you hoping to see?
