today I'm with you for a fun post, a tag I was tagged in by the lovely +Barbara Bordeaux :) I love this kind of posts, so without further ado let's start!
Skin care product:
as I’m not
a teen anymore I’d love to try one of those anti age face cream that promises
to give you a flawless look, to fill in thin lines, to make skin look firmer
and give you a younger appearance. I’m lucky enough not to have wrinkles but
you know what they say: preventing is better so….I would really like to try
Crème de la mer! It’s described as the miracle cream, the one that has the
power to transform the look of your skin, to make skin look firmer, to fill in
thin lines and to minimize pores! Yes, I do want it! Price is 100 £- 121 € for
30 ml though, and maybe it will have to wait a bit more!
Face
product:
I’ve got no
doubt about it, I’ve been wanting to try T.Le Clerc face powder since forever,
it is amazing: ultra fine, based on pure rice starch, provides matte finish and
flawless look and hides flaws while magnifying the complexion, what’s not to
love about it? It comes in tons of different shades, corrective ones and just
lighter or darker ones for any skin tone, the packaging is absolutely adorable,
vintage style, it’s a metal jar! The main issue isn’t the price, which is 36 £
-44 € and I would spend it without any further ado, it’s just difficult to
find. I will check next time I’m in the uk, let’s hope I’ll find it!
Blush, bronzer or highlighter:
There are
two products on my list, I’ve thought about it and eventually I picked Les
meteorites by Guerlain: the wonder of those multicolor pearls, so shimmery, so
classy, the heavenly smell and vintage jar have gotten me, I absolutely want to
try them! For what I’ve seen they look really gorgeous, they give you a healthy
glow without looking heavy or too shimmery and they’re worth the hype in my
opinion. Their price has stopped me to take them home so far, but I don’t know
how much l can hold on! Price is 60 $- 43 €.
Mascara:
Picking one
has been hard because I actually buy my favourite, phenomen’eyes by Givenchy
which is expensive and it’s worth every penny, I also purchase Lancome and
Diorshow, two of my favourite, so I had to think of others I’d love to try and
my choice was Nars larger than life, just because I haven’t tried it yet. It
should be volumizing and it should define lashes really well. Price is 20 $ -
23 €
Eye pencil
or eye liner:
I’m not
really into eye pencils, I don’t use them much, more as eyeshadow base and I
wouldn’t spend 30 € for that when I can purchase proper eyeshadow base in any
colors , I think it’s just a waste of money at least for my way of using them,
so I’ll go for an eyeliner: I am into eyeliners a lot! Recently I’ve been eager
to try Guerlain eyeliner, it’s a liquid one that comes with a very fine brush
and it should be perfect for drawing thin lines, artsy lines or whatever kind of
lines you like. Being so thin it should be very versatile, allowing you to go
from thinner to thicker lines. Price is 32 € - 27 £
Eyeshadow
or eyeshadow palette:
I’ll pick a
palette from the new Lancome collection spring 2014: it’s a 5 colors palette from the Trianon Edition
and it’s absolutely gorgeous! My choice would be the purple and pink one, I think
it would be perfect for me, colors are shimmery but not too much, but price is
50 € which actually isn’t even too much if you think you pay 10 € for each
shadow…mmmh yes I might buy it!
Lipstick or
lipgloss:
I don’t
like lipglosses much so I’ve picked a lipstick: I’ve recently purchased my
first Lime crime lipstick, countessa fluorescent, and I’m so in love with it!
It’s so creamy yet so long lasting, it lasts all day and it stays creamy even
after drinking and eating! I’m really impressed with quality and pigmentation,
also l love the color l picked, it’s a pink with a blue undertone, it’s not too
cold, it’s just perfect and it changes according to the light, it’s gorgeous!
Now I want the whole Lime crime collection but I can’t buy it all at once
unfortunately! I will have to pick one every few month and it will be torture!
Makeup
accessory:
I would
love to add the Mac nr 134 large powder brush to my brush collection, it's perfect
for face powders , huge, very soft, with a rounded tip but it’s 60 €. Enough
said.
Body care
product:
I scrub my
body and I’m not too picky about body scrubs, I even do my own with sugar and
honey, or essential oils, and I think it works very well , just like already made ones, but if I
really wanted to spoil myself once in a while I would purchase the Origins salt
rub smoothing scrub : price is around 60 $ and it’s said to leave your skin
smooth and soft like no other scrub! Am I curious? Yes I am!
Nail
polish:
Where do I
begin? I’m a nail polish addicted, I have never got enough, I like to try new
brands and I always buy new (or old) colors, every time l go out and every time
I shop online! I went for something really expensive and unique, because I would
lie if I said I never spent 30 € for a nail polish, and I probably will again,
so here’s my choice: azature Black diamond king polish, filled with 267 carats
of diamonds infused in a luxury lacquer created by azature . it retails at
250.000 $ and I can’t even imagine my feeling if I chipped it!

Prodotto skin care:
non essendo più una teenager mi piacerebbe provare una di
quelle creme che promettono un look impeccabile, di riempire le rughette, di
tonificare la pelle e di darci , in generale, un’aria più giovane. Sono
fortunata perché non ho rughe, ma si sa che prevenire è meglio che curare,
quindi ho scelto la Creme de la Mer! e’ descritta come una crema miracolosa,
con il potere di trasformare la vostra pelle, di rassodarla, di riempire le
rughette di espressione e di attenuare i pori! Si, la voglio! Il prezzo è di
100 £- 130 € purtroppo, quindi dovrà aspettarmi ancora un po’!
Prodotto viso:
su questo non ho dubbi, è da tanto che voglio provare la
cipria di T. le clerc, è un prodotto meraviglioso: polvere finissima, come
ingrediente principale ha l’amido di mais, assicura un risultato matte e
impeccabile, nasconde le imperfezioni ed enfatizza la vostra carnagione, direi
che non si può non amare! La gamma di colori è varia, ci sono quelli correttivi
come il verde o il lilla, e poi le varie tonalità, dalle più chiare alle più
scure, da abbinare ad ogni tipo di pelle. La confezione è vintage, di metallo,
motivo in più per innamorarsene! Per me il problema principale non è il prezzo,
che è 36 £ -44 €, ma è la difficoltà nel reperirla, la cercherò la prossima
volta che vado in uk!
Blush, bronzer o illuminante:
ci sono due prodotti nella mia lista e , dopo averci pensato
bene, ho scelto le meteorites di Guerlain : sono stata catturata da queste
perle colorate, satinate, con un profumo celestiale, così di classe, con una
confezione vintage in metallo , e voglio assolutamente provarle! Per quello che
ho visto donano una luce naturale e discreta , non hanno glitter e non
risultano eccessive, valgono assolutamente quello che costano. E costano 60$
-43 € quindi non poco, e questo mi ha, finora, frenato dal comprarle. Non so
quanto ancora potrò resistere, del resto la classe non ha prezzo!
Mascara:
è stato davvero difficile sceglierne uno, perché il mio
preferito è phenomen’eyes di Givenchy e lo compro regolarmente, secondo me vale
quello che costa; uso anche i Lancome e il Diorshow, altri due dei miei
preferiti, quindi mi sono orientata verso quelli che non ho ancora provato, e
alla fine ho scelto il Nars larger than life, un mascara volumizzante e che
dovrebbe separare bene le ciglia. Il prezzo è 20 $ - 23 € .
Matita occhi o eye liner:
Non amo molto le matite occhi, le uso solo come base per gli
ombretti, e onestamente non ci spenderei molto visto che trovo basi per
ombretti di tutti i colori che fanno il loro lavoro meglio delle matite, quindi
mi sembrerebbero soldi buttati; per questo motivo ho scelto un eye
liner,prodotto che invece amo molto e mi piace averne tanti e di tutti i
colori! uno che da un po’ di tempo a questa parte ho puntato e che vorrei
provare è quello di Guerlain, un eye liner liquido con un pennellino sottile,
che dovrebbe facilitare la realizzazione di linee sia fini che più spesse , e
anche qualche disegno un po’ più particolare, insomma per qualsiasi cosa
abbiate in testa! Il prezzo è di 32 € - 27 £ .
Ombretto o palette:
per questa categoria scelgo una palette della nuova
collezione primavera 2014 Lancome trianon: è una palette con 5 colori e,
secondo me, è bellissima! In particolare mi piace quella viola e rosa, penso
che sarebbe perfetta per me , i colori hanno un leggero finish shimmer , molto
delicato, ma il prezzo è di 50 € che poi, in fondo, non è neanche proibitivo se
si pensa che ogni ombretto viene a costare 10 € quindi..forse potrei prenderla,
sì, mi sono quasi auto convinta!
Rossetto o lucidalabbra:
Non amo particolarmente i lucidalabbra , quindi ho scelto un
rossetto: ho comprato di recente il mio primo rossetto Lime Crime, countessa
flourescent, e me ne sono innamorata! È molto cremoso e allo stesso tempo a
lunga durata, dura tutto il giorno e rimane cremoso anche dopo aver mangiato e
bevuto! Sono molto colpita dalla qualità e dalla pigmentazione, mi piace da morire
il colore che ho scelto, un rosa freddo con sottotono blu che cambia a seconda
della luce, e che non è troppo freddo, è portabile! Chiaramente adesso voglio
tutta la linea dei rossetti Lime crime, ma non posso comprarli tutti insieme,
quindi ne prenderò uno ogni due tre mesi, con grande sofferenza!
Accessorio makeup:
mi piacerebbe aggiungere alla mia collezione di pennelli il
Mac nr 134 large powder brush, perfetto per le polveri libere, molto grande,
morbido e con la punta rotonda, ma costa 60 € quindi…credo dovrò aspettare un
po’!
prodotto per il corpo:
faccio lo scrub sul corpo e non ho particolari esigenze
quando si tratta di sceglierne uno, anzi spesso ne preparo uno con zucchero e
miele, o con oli essenziali: credo che funzioni benissimo, proprio come quelli
già pronti, e non credo serva spendere molto per ottenere un buon risultato. Se
invece volessi regalarmi una coccola una volta ogni tanto, sceglierei lo Origins
salt rub smoothing scrub : costa 60 $ e promette di lasciare la pelle morbida e
setosa, e sarei curiosa di provarlo!
Smalto:
da dove comincio? Ho una passione per gli smalti, ritengo di
non averne mai abbastanza, mi piace provare nuove marche e nuovi colori, ogni
volta che faccio shopping ne compro almeno uno, sia che si tratti di colori che
non ho che di alcuni che già ho, e faccio lo stesso anche quando compro online
,ho speso molte volte 30 € per uno smalto e mentirei se vi dicessi che non li
spenderò più, quindi per questa categoria ho scelto un prodotto veramente unico
e molto costoso: l’azature black diamond king, uno smalto che ha all’interno di
uno smalto di alta qualità 267 carati di diamanti . Costa 250.000 $ e posso
immaginare come mi sentirei se si sbeccasse!!
