Urban Decay brightening and tightening face primer. I love the benefit the Porefessional
primer, but when I saw this one I decided to give it a try because I love most
UD products, and I was curious to find out if this primer was good for my skin.

What I like
: compared to other primers I’ve tried, the consistency is different, it’s not
silicone like, it reminds me of serums because it gets absorbed fast without
leaving a film on your skin. A little goes a long way, so the product will last
long . what I like the most about this primer is the mattifying power, it
really works great at keeping my skin shine free all day! I use liquid
foundation on top, and it also lasts longer and it looks flawless , which is
great! It gives my face a smooth appearance, even though it doesn’t minimize
pores as much as the benefit the porefessional, but I’m happy with the result
because it seems to have a slight lifting effect that helps with pores
appearance! It feels a bit drying but for me it’s a good thing because I’ve got
oily skin, and it helps keeping my skin oil free! It’s fragrance free so it’s
suitable for people who are sensitive to fragrances. In my opinion it tightens
skin a bit , and it smoothes out fine lines for a flawless look.
What I
don’t like : I think it wouldn’t be a good choice for dry skin types because ,
as I said, it feels a bit drying ; it’s supposed to be moisturizing but it
doesn’t feel like that at all, quite the opposite! It’s rather expensive so if
you just want to try a primer but you’re not sure you need it or you’re not
sure you’ll like the flawless look because you’d rather have a more natural
look, you could go for a cheaper one at first.
My verdict:
I like it because it makes foundation last longer and look flawless, it keeps
shine at bay for a very long time, around 8 hours, it smoothen your skin and
“erase” fine lines, it does everything you ask for and it’s worth the money you
pay for it!

acquistato e che sto provando, l’Urban Decay brightening and tightening face
primer. Io mi trovo molto bene con il primer the Porefessional di Benefit, ma
quando ho visto questo prodotto ho deciso di provarlo, perché finora mi sono
trovata bene con la maggior parte dei prodotti di questa marca, e volevo
scoprire se fosse adatto al mio tipo di pelle.

Cosa mi piace: rispetto agli altri primers che ho provato ,
la consistenza è diversa, non siliconica, più simile a quella di un siero
perché si assorbe velocemente e non lascia sulla pelle la sensazione di avere
una pellicola trasparente. Ne serve veramente una piccola quantità, quindi la
confezione dura a lungo. La caratteristica migliore di questo prodotto è,
secondo me, il suo potere opacizzante a lunghissima durata, infatti mantiene la
mia pelle opaca praticamente tutto il giorno! Io uso un fondotinta liquido, e
ho notato che ne aumenta la durata e lo mantiene perfetto col passare delle
ore, e ne sono molto contenta! Rende la pelle levigata, anche se non minimizza
i pori tanto quanto il the porefessional di Benefit, ma il risultato è comunque
ottimo perché a me sembra che abbia un leggero effetto tensore che contribuisce
anche a rendere i pori meno visibili! Sembra seccare leggermente la pelle, ma
per me è positivo perché aiuta a mantenerla opaca! Non ha nessuna profumazione,
e quindi è adatto anche a chi è particolarmente sensibile ad alcune fragranze.
Per la mia esperienza ha un effetto levigante, sembra riempire le piccole rughe
, e regala una pelle di pesca.
Cosa non mi piace:non credo sia la scelta giusta per chi ha
la pelle secca perché, come ho detto, tende a seccare la pelle; viene descritto
come idratante, ma secondo me non lo è assolutamente, anzi! Non è un prodotto
economico, motivo per cui non lo consiglio a chi voglia provare un primer ma
non sia sicura di averne bisogno e non sia sicura che il risultato ottenuto sia
effettivamente quello che stava cercando perché preferisce un look più
naturale; in questi casi suggerisco di acquistare un primer meno costoso, e
solo in un secondo momento comprarne uno in questa fascia di prezzo.
Il mio verdetto: sono rimasta soddisfatta perché aumenta la
durata del fondotinta e lo mantiene impeccabile, mantiene la pelle opaca molto
a lungo, circa 8 ore, la leviga e riempie le rughette di espressione, fa tutto
quello che si può chiedere ad un primer e, secondo me, vale il prezzo che
costa!
