Claims (13)
- 복수의 주사선으로 주사신호를 공급하기 위한 주사 구동부와;복수의 출력선으로 데이터신호를 공급하기 위한 데이터 구동부와;상기 출력선 각각에 설치되어 상기 데이터신호를 복수의 데이터선으로 공급하기 위한 복수의 디멀티플렉서와;상기 주사선, 상기 데이터선 및 화소 전원선에 접속되며, 적색발광소자를 포함하는 적색화소, 녹색발광소자를 포함하는 녹색화소 및 청색발광소자를 포함하는 청색화소를 구비하는 화상 표시부와;상기 적색화소에 접속된 상기 데이터선 마다 형성되어 상기 데이터신호에 대응되는 전압을 충전하기 위한 복수의 제 1기생 커패시터와;상기 녹색화소에 접속된 상기 데이터선 마다 형성되어 상기 데이터신호에 대응되는 전압을 충전하기 위한 복수의 제 2기생 커패시터와;상기 청색화소에 접속된 상기 데이터선 마다 형성되어 상기 데이터신호에 대응되는 전압을 충전하기 위한 복수의 제 3기생 커패시터를 구비하며;상기 제 1기생커패시터 내지 제 3기생 커패시터들의 용량은 서로 다르게 설정되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2기생 커패시터의 용량은 상기 1기생 커패시터보다 크게 설정되고, 상기 제 3기생 커패시터의 용량은 상기 제 1기생 커패시터보다 작게 설정되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,외부로부터 공급되는 제 1전원을 상기 화소 전원선으로 공급하기 위한 전원선을 더 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 적색화소에 접속되는 데이터선과 상기 전원선이 중첩되는 제 1중첩면적, 상기 녹색화소에 접속되는 데이터선과 상기 전원선이 중첩되는 제 2중첩면적 및 상기 청색화소에 접속되는 데이터선과 상기 전원선이 중첩되는 제 3중첩면적이 서로 다르게 설정되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1중첩면적은 상기 제 2중첩면적보다 작게 설정되며 상기 제 3중첩면적보다 크게 설정되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 적색화소에 접속되는 데이터선은 상기 전원선과 제 1길이만큼 중첩되며, 상기 녹색화소에 접속되는 데이터선은 상기 전원선과 제 1길이보다 긴 제 2길 이만큼 중첩되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 청색화소에 접속되는 데이터선은 상기 전원선과 제 1길이보다 짧은 제 3길이만큼 중첩되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 적색화소에 접속되는 데이터선은 상기 전원선과 중첩되는 부분에서 제 1선폭으로 형성되며, 상기 녹색화소에 접속되는 데이터선은 상기 전원선과 중첩되는 부분에서 제 1선폭보다 넓은 제 2선폭으로 형성되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 청색화소에 접속되는 데이터선은 상기 전원선과 중첩되는 부분에서 제 1선폭보다 좁은 제 3선폭으로 형성되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주사 구동부는 1수평기간 중 제 1기간 동안 상기 주사신호를 공급하고, 상기 데이터 구동부는 상기 1수평기간 중 제 1기간을 제외한 제 2기간 동안 상기 각각의 출력선으로 복수의 데이터신호를 공급하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 디멀티플렉서 각각은상기 복수의 데이터선 각각에 접속되는 복수의 트랜지스터를 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 복수의 트랜지스터들이 순차적으로 턴-온되며, 상기 트랜지스터들이 턴-온될 때 상기 데이터신호에 대응되는 전압이 상기 제 1기생 커패시터 내지 제 3기생 커패시터에 저장되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 제 1기생 커패시터 내지 제 3기생 커패시터에 저장된 전압은 상기 제 1기간 동안 상기 적색화소, 녹색화소 및 청색화소로 공급되는 발광 표시장치.
