1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet
This 1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 cabriolet has remained registered in Ohio from new though the current owner’s purchase in 2024. The car is powered by a 3.2-liter M104 inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Black over Parchment leather. Equipment includes a black convertible soft top, silver 15″ Alamak alloy wheels, heated power-adjustable front seats, a cassette stereo, automatic climate control, Automatic Slip Control (ASR), and cruise control. This A124 E320 is now offered at no reserve by the seller on behalf of the current owner with service records, and a clean Ohio title in the name of the owner’s company.
The car is finished in black with gray lower cladding and features a replacement power-operated black convertible soft top, headlight wipers, a power-telescoping antenna, bright trim, asymmetrical side mirrors, and a single eccentric-sweep windshield wiper. The convertible top cylinders were replaced in 2024. Photographs of paint-meter readings are presented in the gallery.
Silver 15″ Alamak alloy wheels are fitted with Michelin Defender tires that have 2023 date codes. The car is equipped with Automatic Slip Control (ASR), and braking is handled by ventilated front and solid rear disc brakes with ABS. The front brake pads and rotors were replaced in 2024.
The cabin features heated power-adjustable front seats upholstered in Parchment leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpets. Coco floor mats line the footwell, and Burl wood accents the dash, center stack, and doors. Amenities include a cassette stereo, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The driver’s mirror trim is missing.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,400-rpm redline as well as an analog clock and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 155k miles.
The 3.2-liter M104 inline-six features four valves per cylinder and was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. The engine wiring harness was replaced in 2013, and the oil was changed and a coolant hose was replaced in 2024.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. The transmission fluid was changed in July 2024.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
