This coffee table was constructed by the seller in 2024 using components from a supercharged V8 Mercedes-Benz AMG engine. The assembly was refinished to reassemble the Mercedes-Benz Petronas F1 team livery and features color-configurable and sound-activated LED accent lighting, four caster wheels, black-finished AMG lettering, and an AMG engine plaque. The glass is supported by four metal posts, and the intake plenum and supercharger rise above the tabletop. This Mercedes-Benz coffee table is now offered at no reserve in San Jose, California.

The engine features a silver-finished block and cylinder heads topped with black-finished valve covers and a teal-finished supercharger, intake plenum, and valve cover trim plates. Four swivel casters are attached to the underside of the engine block.

Color-configurable LED bulbs illuminate the Petronas logos and scripts on the valve covers. A Bluetooth SP107E module controls the lights, which can respond to music from the controlling Bluetooth device. Videos of the functionality are viewable below.

The teal-finished intake manifold features black AMG scripts and rises through a central cutout in the glass tabletop, which is supported by four metal posts mounted to the engine with fabricated brackets. The assembly measures approximately 36” long by 35” wide by 22″ tall and weighs around 220 pounds.

A plaque featuring the builder’s signature is mounted on the supercharger, which bears part number A 113 140 0412.
