Djibouti - Le Passage Cloute (Crosswalk) A Man with Sheep

Republique de Djibouti
Le passage cloute (crosswalk)

It has writing on the back but was never mailed.  I think the date written on it is 1983.

Djibouti is a multi-ethnic nation, with a population of over 790,000 people. The Somali and Afar make up the two largest ethnic groups. Both speak Afro-Asiatic languages, which serve as recognized national languages. Arabic and French constitute the country's two official languages.

Moucha Island, Djibouti, Africa

Moucha Island is a small coral island off the coast of Djibouti. It is located at the center of the Gulf of Tadjoura.
Around it there are many popular diving sights.

A coral island is formed by small organisms called polyps. Polyps are the builders of coral. These tiny organisms protect themselves by building small walls of limestone around their bodies. These creatures live in small colonies, and over millions of years, these ‘settlements’ become reefs, and then turn into islands.

Djibouti, officially the Republic of Djibouti, is a country in the Horn of Africa. It is bordered in parts by Ethiopia, Somalia, the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. It  had a population of 818,159 at the 2009 census and is one of the least populous countries in Africa.

Goubet al Kharab is a divers paradise and the place to see shark whales, turtles, schools of barracudas and many corals.
