염화물은 CLIC4로도 알려진 세포내 채널 4는 진핵 유전자다.[5]
염화 채널은 세포막 전위의 안정화, 세포간 이동, 세포내 pH의 유지, 세포량 조절 등 근본적인 세포 과정을 조절하는 다양한 단백질 그룹이다.CLIC4 유전자에 의해 인코딩된 염화물 세포내 채널 4(CLIC4) 단백질은 p64 계열의 일원이다. 이 유전자는 많은 조직에서 발현되며, PANC-1 세포(생성 암세포)에서 세포내 배시체 패턴을 보인다.[5]
바인딩 파트너
CLIC4는 다이너닌 I, α-tubulin, β-actin, 크레아틴 키나아제 및 2개의 14-3-3 이소폼에 바인딩된다.[6]
