염화물 세포내 채널 단백질 1은 CLIC1[5][6]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 암호화되는 단백질이다.
염화물 채널은 세포막 전위의 안정화, 경피 이동, 세포 내 pH의 유지, 세포 부피의 조절을 포함한 기본적인 세포 과정을 조절하는 다양한 단백질 그룹이다.염화물 세포내 채널 1은 p64 계열의 일원이다.단백질은 주로 세포핵에 국재하며 핵 및 혈장막 염화물 이온 채널 [6]활성을 모두 나타낸다.
