    HELD ON June 30, 2018 AT THE BRGY UDDIAWA GYMNASIUM 1:00 PM TO 4:30 P.M.

     Mr. Dominador Gaila was appointed as Head Teacher III
     Mr. Dominador Batoon was appointed as Master teacher II
     Ms. Yvette Vicente was appointed as Teacher III
     New teachers were assimilated into the faculty of UNHS - Isis Farinas and Rodny
    Garcia
     Achievements under sociocultural aspect were enumerated
     Hiring of NC II certificate holders to teach ICT and SMAW was announced

    3:34 Commencement of the open forum


     A parent gave her comments on the following:
    o A collective feedback was given on the price of the commodities in the school
    canteen.
    o A parent commented on the issue of sending students on Saturdays to clean
    the classroom.
    o A parent commented on the requirement of classes to pass stick brooms and
    cleaning materials.
     The principal clarified the issues ( as regards price rate of water, requirement to pass
    cleaning materials, discipline) that were raised.
     Sir Gaila announced a proposal from NAWASA that the organization would provide a
    gallon of water and water dispenser.

    There being no matters to be taken up, meeting was adjourned at 04:21 p.m.
