    HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

    GRADE 11-EINSTEIN
    DATE: August 17, 2018

    AGENDA:
     Election of Classroom Parents Officers
     Classroom Projects
     Incoming Senior High School Activities
     Others

    -The Meeting was started on 1:30 pm and it was conducted by Sir Jessiejem C. Celis
    -Opening prayer was lead by Mr. Hecita
    -There are 27 out of 37 parents attended the meeting
    -Opening of agenda was presented by Jessiejem C. Celis and it was seconded by Mr. Ocampo
    -Election of Officers was conducted by Jessiejem C. Celis with the following result below

    LIST OF CLASSROOM OFFICERS OF GRADE 11-EINSTEIN


    PRESIDENT: Mrs. Maranan
    V-PRESIDENT: Sophomore Q. Hecita
    SECRETARY: Mrs. Arangcon
    TREASURER: Mrs. Diamante
    AUDITOR: Teofanie Jayectin Roxas
    PIO Mrs. Piastro
    -Mrs. Maranan open the classroom Projects to her fellow parents and they had agreed by the suggestion of Sir
    Jessiejem C. Celis that the project for the classroom in the school year 2018-2019 are Led light Bulb and Wall fan. At
    first they divided the total amount of the project into 37. But later Mrs. Arangcon and Mrs. Asion volunteered to
    donate a wall fan. Mrs. Roxas and Ma’am Piastro volunteered to donate the light led bulb. They promised to give
    their pledges before the end of months. And Sir Hecita close the Classroom project, seconded by Mr. Castillo

    -After the Classroom Projects, Sir Jessie presented the incoming activities and answer about the Guidance concerns
    of the parents. Then Sir Nagaliza move to close the agenda about the incoming activities and it was seconded by
    Mrs. Cupay.

    -Then, with the other concerns of the parents, they had agreed to have another project coz they find out that their
    student needs to have their own glass(Sudlanan ug tubig) as per advise by the school about the waste management.
    All of the parents who were present in the meeting decided to pledge P50 for the dish organizer.

    -Mr. Hecita move to close the meeting, and seconded by Mrs. Arangcon
    -Closing prayer was lead by Mr. Cupay.
    -And the meeting was ended at exactly 4.05 pm.

    -The Meeting was started on 1:45 pm and it was conducted by Sir Jessiejem C. Celis
    -Opening prayer was lead by Mr. Cupay
    -There are 25 out of 37 parents attended the meeting
    -Sir Jessie presented the previous minutes, and later Ma’am Piastro move to accept the previous minutes and
    move to open the new agenda, and it was seconded by Mrs. Llosis.
    -Mrs. Maranan take over the homeroom project updates, and all who donated on the said project was
    acknowledge. Mrs. Asion and Mrs. Maranan donated 2 ceiling fan while Ma’am Piastro and Ma’am Roxas donated
    4 Led light bulb. Then Mr. Hecita move to close the homeroom project updates agenda and it was seconded by
    Mrs. Ranoa.
    -Then, Sir Jessie Discussed the Incoming Activties, PTA donations and the purpose of clearances.
    -He also discussed the current problems of their students with regards with the other subject teacher and their
    behavior inside the classroom
    -Then at exactly 3.30pm, Sir Jessie Release the Report cards and honor Card of his students.
    -Later, Mrs. Piastro move to adjourned the meeting and it was seconded by Mr. Castillo.
    -Closing Prayer was lead by Mr. Hecita.
    -Meeting ended at 3:58 pm.
