The meeting was called to order at 8:30 in the morning.
1. Awarding of Certificates:
There were eleven (11) students with an average of 90 and above received their Certificates of
Recognition as Academic Excellence Awardees, together with their parents who also received Certificates of
Recognition.
Report Cards were distributed to parents. Some already affixed their signatures while others brought
home the cards. Five (5) parents raised questions like incomplete / blank grades in some subjects. Matter was
immediately addressed to the satisfaction of the parents. Students present were also given advice to accompany
their parents to talk to their respective subject teachers.

The discussion followed after the distribution of cards and focused on the scholastic standing of the
students. The teacher encouraged the parents to look after their children especially those with lacking
requirements in some subjects. Tardiness and absenteeism was discussed. Mrs. Fortez suggested and
encouraged the parents check on their children every now and then. Suggestion was positively taken.
4. Election of Homeroom Officers:

The election of PTA classroom Officers was successfully done, to wit:

Teacher also focused on student’s specific strengths and weakness in individual subjects and students
discipline in classrooms, Mobile usage in classrooms.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 in the morning. There were 22 parents present.

The minutes of the previous meeting was read and approved by the body.
A total of twelve (12) students achieved the Academic Excellence Award with an average of 90 and
above. They were awarded Certificates of Recognition together with their parents.
During the distribution of cards, most of the parents only affixed their signatures on the cards. Parents
were called according to the rank of their children.

The adviser took the floor after the distribution of cards to discuss matters on the tardiness of the
students. She reiterated that the start of first period is 7:30 a.m. However, a number of students still report to
school beyond 7:30 thus, being late in doing the activities. Mrs. Javier suggested that late students should pay
a fine of P10.00 everytime he/she comes to school late. And money collected will be used in the purchase of
materials for cleaning, e.g. floorwax, etc. Everybody agreed. Suggestion was carried.
5. Others:
The discussion about the Work Immersion followed. The adviser gave an overview of what will their
children undergo during the immersion proper. She mentioned that there will be another general meeting
regarding this matter. No questions were raised.

The meeting was called to order at 8:30 in the morning. Mrs. Elizabeth A. Fortez, PTA President
presided over the meeting. Roll call of attendees was conducted.

Mrs. Fortez read the minutes of the previous meeting and was approved by the body. She announced
the collected amount from the fines of late students as per financial report of the Classroom Treasurer. Said
amount was used to purchase floorwax and soft broom.
Mrs. Fortez gave the floor to the adviser for the awarding of certificates to seventeen (17) students who
excelled this quarter, thereby, garnering an average of 90 and above. Aside from the students, certificates of
Recognition were also awarded to their respective parents.
Following the Awarding is the distribution of cards. There were still students who did not receive
complete grades on their Report Cards due to lacking requirements. The adviser told the parents to see and talk
to the teachers concerned to help their children, which they readily agreed.

During this quarter, only a few students acquired tardiness and absenteeism, to the delight of the
parents.
5. Others:
The adviser reported about the good performance of the students deployed for Work Immersion.
