Claims (10)

  1. 일반식 Q-R-Sn-R-Q의 화합물을 제조하기 위하여, (a)황화수소 가스를 활성 금속 알콕시드 용액과 접촉시키는 단계,(b)단계(a)의 생성물을 황원소와 반응시키는 단계, 및 (c)단계 (b)생성물을 일반식 Q-R-X의 활로히드로카르빌알콕시실란과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 실란 폴리설파이드의 제조방법.
    [상기에서 Q는 하기 구조식과 같다.
    상기 구조식에서, R1은 탄소수가 1 내지 4인 알킬기 또는 페닐이고, R2는 탄소수가 1 내지 8, 바람직하게는1 내지 4인 알콕시기, 탄소수가 5 내지 8인 시클로알콕시기 또는 탄소수가 1 내지 8인 직선 또는 곁가지 사슬 알킬 메르캅토기이고, 다양한 R1및 R2기는 동일하거나 다를 수 있고, R은 탄소수가 1내지 18인 2가의 히드로 카르빌기이고, X는 할로겐이다, 또한 n은 2 내지 9의 정수이다]
  2. 일반식 Q-R-Sn-R-Q화합물을 제조하기 위하여, (a)황화수소 가스를 활성 금속 알콕시드 용액과 접촉시키는 단계, (b)단계 (a)의 생성물을 황원소 및 Q-R-X식의 할로히드로카르빌알콕시실란과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 길란 폴리설파이드의 제조방법.

    상기 구조식에서, R1은 탄소수가 1 내지 4인 알킬기 또는 페닐이고, R2는 탄소수가 1 내지 8, 바람직하게는1 내지 4인 알콕시기, 탄소수가 5내지 8인 시클로알콕시기 또는 탄소수가 5 내지 8인 시클로알콕시기 또는 탄소수가 1 내지 8인 직선 또는 곁가지 사슬 알킬 메프캅토기이고, 다양한 R1및 R2기는 동일하거나 다를 수 있고, R은 탄소수가 1 내지 18인 2가의 히드로카르빌기이고, X는 할로겐이다. 또한, n은 2 내지 9의 정수이다.]
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, n은 범위가 3 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Q는 하기의 구조식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R2가 에톡시인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 활성 금속 알콕시드가 에톡시화나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 할로겐이 염소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R이 1,3-프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항과 제2항에 있어서, 최종 반응단계의 생성물이 메톡시 유도체이고, 메톡시실란 유도체가 고급 알콕 시기를 포함하는 실란 유도체로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 하기 단계로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택된 (C2H5O)3Si(CH2)3-S4-(CH2)3Si(OC2H5)3의 제조 방법;(a) 나트륨 에톡실레이트의 에탄올 용액을 황화수소 가스와 접촉시켜 Na2S용액을 생산하고, Na2S용액에 황원소를 충분한 향 첨가해 톨리설파이드를 형성하고, Cl(CH2)3Si(C2H5O)3를 생성되는 방응 혼합물에 첨가해 반응을 완결시키는 단계 및 (b)나트륨 에톡실레이트의 에탄올 용액을 황화수고 가스와 접촉시켜 Na2S용액을 생산사고, Na2S용액에 황원소 및 Cl(CH2)3Si(C2H5O)3에 첨가해 반응을 완결시키는 단계.
