Abstract
예를들면, 산세척액 또는 황산법에 의하여 이산화티탄을 제조하는 경우에 대량으로 배출되는 금속황산염 함유 폐황산으로부터 고농도의 황산을 효율적으로 그리고 용이하게 회수하기 위하여, 금속황산염을 함유하는 폐황산중의 2가의 철이온을 3가지 철이온으로 산화하고, 뒤이어 해당액에 염산을 가한뒤에 용매추출처리한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 추출제 메틸이소부틸케론을 사용한 경우의 염산농도와 철이온 및 티탄 이온의 추출율과의 관계도이고, 제2도는 본 발명의 처리 프로세스를 표시하는 플로우 차아트이다.
Claims (4)
- 금속황산염을 함유하는 폐황산중의 2가지 철이온을 3가의 철이온으로 산화하고 뒤이어 해당액에 염산을 가한 뒤에 용매추출처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐황산의 재생방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매추출을 3가지 철이온과 티탄이온에 관하여 각각 별개로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 금속황산염을 함유하는 폐황산중의 2가지 철이온을 3가지 철이온으로 산화하는 제1공정과, 해당액에 염산을 첨가하여 액중의 염소이온이 몰비로 액중의 철이온의 적어도 4배 이상의 용액이 되도록 조정하는 제2공정과, 해당 용액을 용매추출하여 철이온 등의 불순물 금속이온을 제거하는 제3공정과, 용매추출후의 용액을 황산농도 60∼75중량%까지 농축하여 염산을 회수하는 제4공정과, 이 경우 석출하는 금속황산염을 분리하는 제5공정과 해당 분리용액을 황산농도 80중량% 이상으로 다시 농축하는 제6공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속황산염을 함유하는 폐황산의 재생방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용매추출을 3가지 철이온과 티탄에 관하여 각각 별개로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
