Claims (13)
- a)aa) 50 ~ 99.9 중량%의 (메타)아크릴산 또는 이의 염인 성분 Aa;ab1) 0.1 ~ 50 중량%의 하기 화학식 I의 카르복실레이트 함유 단량체 또는 화학식 I의 화합물의 염, 무수물, 에스테르이지만 (메타)아크릴산 또는 그것의 염을 제외한 성분 Ab1;및/또는ab2) 인산 및/또는 포스폰산 또는 이의 염을 함유한 기를 함유하고 aa)와 ac)에서 상술된 단량체 및 성분 Ab1과 중합가능한 0.1 ~ 50 중량%의 단량체인 성분 Ab2;ac) aa)와 ab)에서 상술된 단량체와 중합가능한 0 ~ 30 중량%의 추가의 공단량체인 성분 Ac로부터 합성된 1 이상의 공중합체인 성분 A;b) 중합체 (성분 A)의 용해, 분산, 현탁 또는 유화가 가능한 물 또는 다른 용매인 성분 B;c) 필요할 경우, 추가로 계면 활성 첨가제, 분산제, 현탁제 및/또는 유화제인 성분 C를 포함하는 금속 표면 처리용 조성물:화학식 I상기 식에서, n은 0 ~ 10이고;R1, R2 및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 분지쇄 또는 직쇄형일 수 있는 C1 ~ C18 알킬, C3 ~ C6 시클로알킬, 분지쇄 또는 직쇄형일 수 있는 C2 ~ C18 알케닐, C3 ~ C6 시클로알케닐, 알킬 치환체 또는 다른 아릴 치환체로 치환될 수 있는 C6 ~ C12 아릴, 임의로 소정의 라디칼 R1, R2 및/또는 R3는 1 이상의 카르복실기에 의해 임의로 치환될 수 있거나 또는, 카르복실기이며;R4 및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 분지쇄 또는 직쇄형일 수 있는 C1 ~ C18 알킬, C3 ~ C6 시클로알킬, 분지쇄 또는 직쇄형일 수 있는 C2 ~ C18 알케닐, C3 ~ C6 시클로알케닐, 알킬 치환체 또는 다른 아릴 치환체로 치환될 수 있는 C6 ~ C12 아릴이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 Aa는 아크릴산 또는 아크릴산 염이고, 성분 Ab1은 말레산 무수물이며, 성분 Ab2는 비닐포스폰산 또는 메타크릴산 포스폰옥시에틸 에스테르인 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴산과 말레산 무수물으로 합성된 공중합체 또는 (메타)아크릴산, 말레산 무수물 및 비닐포스폰산으로 합성된 삼원 혼성 중합체인 성분 A를 사용하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A, B 및 필요할 경우 성분 C에 더하여ad) 1 이상의 질소 염기, 바람직하게는 1 이상의 3 차 알카리성 아민, 좀더 바람직하게는 1 이상의 히드록실아민, 3-디메틸아미노프로필아민 및/또는 이미다졸인 성분 D를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A, B 및 필요할 경우 성분 C 및 필요할 경우 성분 D에 더하여e) 1 이상의 전이 금속 양이온, 전이 금속 옥소 음이온, 플루오로메탈레이트 또는 란탄계의 염, 산 또는 염기인 성분 E,및/또는f) 1 이상의 산 또는, 인산, 황산, 술폰산, 포름산, 아세트산, 질산, 불화수소산 및 염산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 상기 산의 1 개 이상의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 염인 성분 F,및/또는g) 1 이상의 추가의 부식 억제제인 성분 G,및/또는h) Ce, Ni, Co, V, Fe, Zn, Zr, Ca, Mn, Mo, W, Cr 및/또는 Bi의 화합물인 성분 H,및/또는i) 추가의 보조제 및 첨가제인 성분 I,및/또는j) 1 이상의 착화제인 성분 J,및/또는k) 추가의 첨가제인 성분 K를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 금속 표면을, 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 의한 중합체 (성분 A)를 포함하는 조성물과 접촉시켜 얻을 수 있는 금속 표면의 부동화 층.
- 제6항에 있어서, 두께는 ≤3㎛인 것인 부동화 층.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 의한 금속 표면 및 부동화 층을 포함하는 표면.
- 금속 표면을, 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물과 접촉시키는, 금속 표면에 부동화 층을 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접촉은 분사, 롤링 또는 침지 방법에 의해 달성되는 것인 방법.
- 금속 표면을 부동화시키기 위한 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물의 용도.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 의한 부동화 층 X 및 추가 코팅 필름 Y를 포함하는 금속 표면상의 시스템.
- 제9항 또는 제10항의 방법에 의해 부동화 층 X를 형성하는 단계;부동화 층을 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 제12항에 의한 코팅 시스템의 형성 방법.
