Abstract
Description
a)少なくとも一つのイタコン酸ホモポリマー又はイタコン酸コポリマー(A)であって、ここで、このポリマーは以下のモノマー単位:
(a1)イタコン酸 0.1〜100質量%、
(a2)少なくとも一つのモノエチレン系不飽和モノカルボン酸 0〜99.9質量%、並びに、
(a3)(a1)及び(a2)とは異なる、酸基を有する少なくとももう一つのエチレン系不飽和モノマー 0〜40質量%、及び/又は
(a4)(a1)、(a2)及び(a3)とは異なる、少なくとももう一つのエチレン系不飽和モノマー 0〜75質量%
から構成されており、
ここで、これらのモノマー単位の量は、それぞれコポリマーに重合導入されている全てのモノマー(a1)〜(a4)の総量に対するものであり、全てのモノマー単位の量は合計で100質量%であるものとする;
b)成分(B)としての、水及び/又は他の溶剤であって、ホモポリマー又はコポリマー(A)の溶解、分散、懸濁又は乳化に好適であるもの;
c)少なくとも一つの有機Ti化合物又は有機Zr化合物(C)、好ましくはTi化合物、特に好ましくは少なくとも一つのカルボキシ基又はカルボキシラート基を含むもの;及び
d)任意に、少なくとも一つのZn塩又はMg塩(D)、好ましくはMg塩。
Tは、末端に結合しているモノマー単位の平均数であり、
Zは、分岐を形成するモノマー単位の平均数であり、
Lは、直鎖状に結合しているモノマー単位の平均数である。
K値をH. Fikentscher, Cellulose-Chemie, 第13巻, 第58頁〜第64頁及び第71頁〜第74頁(1932)に従って、1質量%水溶液中で25℃でpH値7で測定した。
(A.1)アクリル酸とイタコン酸とビニルホスホン酸とからのターポリマー
アンカースターラー、温度制御部、窒素導入口及び2つの供給口を備えた6Lの反応容器に、ビニルホスホン酸(95%)85.3g、イタコン酸292.7g及び脱イオン水531.3gを装入する。この装入物に窒素を15分間通し、窒素雰囲気下に98℃に加熱する。次いで、5時間以内で、脱イオン水324.3g中のアクリル酸324.3gを添加し、6時間以内で、脱イオン水250g中のペルオキソ二硫酸ナトリウム41.9gを添加する。その後、98℃でさらに2時間撹拌する。固形分40.2%、K値23.2(脱イオン水中で1%)を有する淡黄色の澄明なポリマー溶液が得られる。
得られたポリマー水溶液に、本発明により使用される成分を溶解させ、均質化し、浸漬浴に充填した。
水中の、ターポリマー(A.1)8.1質量%(固形分に関して)、チタンビスアンモニウムラクタートジヒドロキシド(CAS:65104−06−5)1.2質量%、H3PO4 0.7質量%及びMg3(PO4)2 0.2質量%からの調製物。
水中の、ターポリマー(A.1)8.5質量%(固形分に関して)、カリウムチタンオキシドオキサラート二水和物(CAS:14402−67−6)0.8質量%、H3PO4 0.7質量%及びMg3(PO4)2 0.2質量%からの調製物。
水中の、ターポリマー(A.1)8.1質量%(固形分に関して)、アンモニウムチタニルオキサラート一水和物(CAS:10580−03−7)1.2質量%、H3PO4 0.65質量%及びMg3(PO4)2 0.2質量%からの調製物。
水中の、ターポリマー(A.1)10質量%(固形分に関して)からの調製物。
水中の、ターポリマー(A.1)9.3質量%(固形分に関して)、H3PO4 0.7質量%及びMg3(PO4)2 0.2質量%からの調製物。
WO2004/074372号、実施例2に従って製造されたターポリマー(V2)10質量%(固形分に関して)からの調製物。
水中の、ターポリマー(A.1)8.1質量%(固形分に関して)、チタンオキシスルファート(CAS:13825−74−6)1.2質量%、H3PO4 0.65質量%及びMg3(PO4)2 0.2質量%からの調製物。
試験のために、溶融亜鉛めっき鋼からの試験薄板(105×390×0.75mm;亜鉛皮膜20μm、Gardobond OE HDG 3、Chemetall社)を使用した。
この薄板を、まずエタノール及びエチルアセタートで脱脂し、次いでアルカリ性洗浄溶液(例えばRidoline C72、Henkel社、4.3g/L、60℃で1分間)に浸漬し、すぐに脱イオン水ですすぎ、次いで窒素で乾燥させた。
洗浄した薄板を、室温でそれぞれの調製物(第1表を参照のこと)にそれぞれ2〜3秒間浸漬し、ロール系でしごき取り、乾燥棚中で160℃で15〜20秒間乾燥させた。この場合、乾燥の過程でピーク金属温度は50℃を上回らなかった。それぞれ2枚の薄板を被覆した。
前処理皮膜を有する薄板と、Gardo TP10475(Chemetall社、Cr不含、F含有)で前処理した市販の薄板(これを対照薄板として用いる)とを、ワイヤードクターを用いてそれぞれのプライマー(第1表を参照のこと)で被覆し、製造業者の指示に従って炉中で焼付け、脱イオン水中に短時間浸漬し、圧縮空気で乾燥させた。次いで、それぞれのトップコート(第1表を参照のこと)を、同様に製造業者の指示に従ってワイヤードクターを用いて塗布し、炉中で焼付け、次いでこれらの薄板を脱イオン水中に短時間浸漬し、垂直にして乾燥させた。
塩水噴霧試験:
腐食抑制作用の尺度として、DIN 50021による塩水噴霧試験の結果を用いる。塩水噴霧試験を、中央に垂直に十分に規定された幅0.3mm、長さ11cmのキズ(塗膜を通ってZn被覆にまで達している)をつけた完全に被覆した薄板(工程1〜3)を用いて行い;貯蔵時間は6週間であった。試験結果を第1表にまとめた。塗膜下腐食は、元のキズの平均の片面での拡がりである。試験した薄板の平均値を求めた。
テープ試験をDIN EN ISO 1519:2003に従って、完全に被覆した薄板(工程1〜3)を用いて行った。試験結果を第1表にまとめ、さらに、湾曲縁部でテープ剥離現象が生じないように湾曲させた薄板の両面間の可能な最小の距離を示した。この値を、Chemetall社製の市販の前処理剤Gardo TP10475で処理した薄板を基準とした相対的単位で表に示した。
Claims (15)
- 以下のものを含む、金属表面を不動態化するための調製物:
a)少なくとも一つのイタコン酸ホモポリマー又はイタコン酸コポリマー(A)であって、ここで、このポリマー(A)は以下のモノマー単位:
(a1)イタコン酸 0.1〜100質量%、
(a2)少なくとも一つのモノエチレン系不飽和モノカルボン酸 0〜99.9質量%、並びに、
(a3)(a1)及び(a2)とは異なる、酸基を有する少なくとももう一つのエチレン系不飽和モノマー 0〜40質量%、及び/又は
(a4)(a1)、(a2)及び(a3)とは異なる、少なくとももう一つのエチレン系不飽和モノマー 0〜75質量%
から構成されており、
ここで、これらのモノマー単位の量は、それぞれコポリマーに重合導入されている全てのモノマー(a1)〜(a4)の総量に対するものであり、全てのモノマー単位の量は合計で100質量%であるものとする;
b)成分(B)としての、水及び/又は他の溶剤であって、ホモポリマー又はコポリマー(A)の溶解、分散、懸濁又は乳化に好適であるもの;
c)少なくとも一つの有機Ti化合物又は有機Zr化合物(C);及び
d)任意に、少なくとも一つのZn塩又はMg塩(D)。 - 成分(A)、(B)、(C)及び任意に(D)の他に、さらに少なくとも一つの無機酸又は有機酸及び/又はその相応する塩を成分(E)として含有している、請求項1に記載の調製物。
- 成分(A)、(B)、(C)、任意に(D)及び任意に(E)の他に、さらに少なくとも一つのアミン含有アルコール又はアミド含有アルコール(F)を含有している、請求項1又は2に記載の調製物。
- 有機Ti化合物又は有機Zr化合物(C)が、有機酸の塩である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の調製物。
- 有機Ti化合物又は有機Zr化合物(C)が、チタン酸塩又はジルコニウム酸塩である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の調製物。
- イタコン酸(a1)の量が10〜70質量%であり、かつモノエチレン系不飽和モノカルボン酸(a2)の量が30〜90質量%である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の調製物。
- モノマー(a3)の量が0.1〜40質量%である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の調製物。
- イタコン酸コポリマー(A)が、イタコン酸(a1)とアクリル酸(a2)のモノマー単位からのコポリマーであるか、又は、イタコン酸(a1)とアクリル酸(a2)とビニルホスホン酸(a3)のモノマー単位からのターポリマーである、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の調製物。
- 金属表面上に不動態化皮膜を作製するための方法において、金属表面を請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の調製物で処理することを特徴とする方法。
- 金属表面が金属ストリップの表面である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 処理を連続法により行う、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により得られる、金属表面上の不動態化皮膜。
- 請求項12に記載の不動態化皮膜を含む、金属表面。
- 不動態化皮膜の上にさらに、重ねて付与された一つ以上の塗膜が存在している、請求項13に記載の金属表面。
- 金属表面を不動態化するための、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の調製物の使用。
