Claims (8)
- Ni 3.5 내지 4.5 질량%, Si 0.7 내지 1.0 질량%, Mg 0.01 내지 0.20 질량%, Sn 0.05 내지 1.5 질량%, Zn 0.2 내지 1.5 질량% 및 S 0.005 질량% 미만을 포함하여 구성되며, Cu와 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 밸런스를 가지는 고강도 동합금으로서, 상기 합금에서 결정입자의 직경이 0.001 보다 크고 0.025 mm까지이며, 최종 소성가공 방향에 평행한 단면에서 결정입자의 더 긴 직경 a와 최종 소성가공 방향에 수직한 단면에서 결정입자의 더 긴 직경 b간의 비(a/b)는 0.8 이상 1.5 이하이고, 상기 합금은 800N/mm2 이상의 인장강도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 동합금.

- Ni 3.5 내지 4.5 질량%, Si 0.7 내지 1.0 질량%, Mg 0.01 내지 0.20 질량%, Sn 0.05 내지 1.5 질량%, Zn 0.2 내지 1.5 질량% 및 Ag 0.005 내지 0.3 질량%, Co 0.005 내지 2.0 질량% 및 Cr 0.005 내지 0.2 질량% 및 S 0.005 질량% 미만으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 총량으로 0.005 내지 2.0 질량% 포함하여 구성되며, Cu와 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 밸런스를 가지는 고강도 동합금으로서, 상기 합금에서 결정입자의 직경이 0.001 보다 크고 0.025 mm까지이며, 최종 소성가공 방향에 평행한 단면에서 결정입자의 더 긴 직경 a와 최종 소성가공 방향에 수직한 단면에서 결정입자의 더 긴 직경 b간의 비(a/b)는 0.8 이상 1.5 이하이고, 상기 합금은 800N/mm2 이상의 인장강도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 동합금.
