Description
Claims (17)
einer Leiterplatte (1),
einer Mehrzahl von LEDs (2), die auf einer Hauptfläche der Leiterplatte (1) angeordnet sind, und
einem Kühlkörper (3), der mit der von den LEDs (2) abgewand ten Seite der Leiterplatte (1) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Leiterplatte (1) auf ihrer dem Kühlkörper (3) zugewandten Hauptfläche mit einer metallischen Schicht versehen ist, die von den LEDs (2) elektrisch isoliert ist.
einer Leiterplatte (1) und
einer Mehrzahl von LEDs (2), die auf einer Hauptfläche der Leiterplatte (1) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Leiterplatte (1) eine flexible Leiterplatte, insbesondere ein Flexboard ist, die mit ihrer von den LEDs (2) abgewandten Seite auf eine gekrümmte oder ein- oder mehrfach abgewinkelte Oberfläche eines Kühlkörpers (3) oder eines thermisch gut leitenden Teilbereichs eines Gerätegehäuses oder einer Autokarosserie aufgebracht ist, derart, daß die Mehrzahl von LEDs (2) in einer von der gekrümmten oder ein- oder mehrfach abgewinkelten Oberfläche des Kühlkörpers (3) vorgegebenen räumlichen Form angeordnet sind, und
die Leiterplatte (1) auf ihrer dem Kühlkörper (3) zugewandten Hauptfläche mit einer metallischen Schicht versehen ist, die von den LEDs (2) elektrisch isoliert ist.
