I joined this casino 20 days ago, I submitted all my documents to verify my account and for the 20 days it’s just been saying reviewing I have tried to speak with someone on the live chat to which I’ve been told it’s taking longer to review identification when asking if there is another way to speak with someone I am told there isn’t. I have been fine depositing money on a number of occasions but can’t withdraw without being a verified user.

when checking reviews before I joined it says 24-72 hours for verification.

Thank you for your quick response.

I submitted my documents when I opened the account over two weeks ago I sent passport photo of me holding my passport bank statement with address and bank card front and back.

none have been verified just still says reviewing I have spoke with two people on live chat to which I’m told it’s taking longer than usual to verify users and that there is no other form of contact.

last contact I had was around 3 days ago which I was then told it’s taking longer than usual

Hi,

I was able to withdraw £500 of my winnings after 4 days as that is the limit of withdrawal. I have then gone on to request another withdrawal which as now been pending for 6 days

After waiting 10 days for my withdrawal and still no closer to getting my winnings I would like to cancel my complaint and be able to write a review to help others before they open an account with Zeus glory.

I have been told for days different things regarding my withdrawal one day it was processing and would be with me very soon to 2 days later they tell me it’s still pending. Getting no response from an email address they have gave me and very little help from the live chat. So I’m at a loss it’s not just a little bit of money I have credited and won it’s 3000 I have pending in my account
