So I contact support and she tells me "We do not limit withdrawals from winnings from bonuses or free spins which were credited to your deposit"So I ask her again to be sure, "So if I wager this I can cash out anything thats left after wagering?" She answers "That is correct :)"Then I wager the bonus 45x and as soon that is done (a loong time), 602 euro vanishes from my account, giving me 354 euro left of my nice win on Legacy of Dead 😡 I feel robbed. Then I go in chat again and after a long wait where she says she have to check (Not the same person that told me the previous) she tells me that the max cash out with a bonus is 10x. This is amateur style and I recommend you to NOT play here. Its 2024, there is no need for players to tolerate this behaviour and these lies and fake license.I have screenshots of everything and a complaint has been filed with CEG.UPDATE! According to CEG (Curaçao EGaming) this casino does not hold a license from them. Yet its written on the bottom of their page. When confronting them with this and my stolen funds they refuse to answer and now they have blocked me from further contact. Claim to have "withdrawals as fast as your internet" but its false. 24 hour wait even when verified. Not up to 2024 standard.I edit my review after playing more here. Slow withdrawals but they always paid out so far. But you have to wait at least a day before they process. Could be so much better if they used highest rtp % from PlayNGo (and others) combined with instant withdrawals. Then they could be a top casino. Also some troubles with their servers on PlayNGo many times. No compensation given for their support making me believe I get to keep my winnings lowers my rating.
