RENTAL DEED

This rental deed made and executed on this 16-07-2023 GAJWEL at by and between:
Sri. Mohammad Sadiq s/o Mohammad Ibraheem or aged about 38 years, Occ:
Bussiness R/o H.NO 12-95/1A, Hameth Nagar, Gajwel, Siddipet District,Telangana 502278.
Here in after called the “LAND LORD” of the part:
AND
Smt, Sabana Begum, w/o Mohammad Sadiq aged about 33 years, R/o H.NO 12-
95/1A, Hameth Nagar, Gajwel, Siddipet District, District,Telangana Here after called the “
TENANT “ of the other part.
Whereas the land is the sole and absolute owner and possessor of the SY.NO 190 & 120
Dharmareddy Palli, Beside Gajwel Ring Road,Siddipet, District,Telangana 502278.
The tenant herein approached the Lessor to lease out the said Flat for a period of 11
(Eleven) months for Business purpose ( WATAN ENTERPRISES) and the land lord agreed
to lease out the same on the following terms and conditions.

1. The lease period commence into effect from 16-07-2023
2. The monthly rent id fixed as Rs.5000/-( inward Five thousand ) and the rent is to be p
by the tenant to land lord on or before 5th of each succeeding calendar month.
3. The lessee have this day paid a sum of rs.15,000/-( inward Fifteen thousand) to
lessor as deposit on the said flat.
4. The lease shall be for a period of 11 ( Eleven) Months commencing from 16-07-2023 a
the further lease period will be renewed after the expiry of the above said by executin
fresh lease deed.
5. The lessee shall deliver to the lessor vacant and peaceful possession of the said Flat
expiry of this lease or on sooner termination thereof with all the equipments like fa
and tube lights etc., and hand over the same to the lessor.
6. That the Tenant Shall pay the Electricity Consumption bill and Maintenance charges
the concerned department or authorities at their own cost regularly and get the stamp
receipt of the same and show the same to the Lessor every month. However the prope
Tax and Municipal/Panchayat tax will be burned by the Lessor only.
7. The Lessor shall serve 3 (Three) Months prior notice to the Lessee to vacant they s
house and vice – versa.
8. That if the Lessee wants to vacate the premises at any time during in the prescrib
period the Lessor deducts complete monthly rents from the deposit amount.
9. On the purchase of Water Tankers amount have to pay in equal rupees.
10. Extra amount on water supply Bore Electricity Bill.
