July was another month of prolific reviews thanks to many of our dedicated forum members - special mention goes to Aleswin and mrohacek for their many, many reviews 👍

Wow, September was another busy month for reviews! All our regulars were participating but was good to see quite a few newbies sharing their thoughts!

Before you pick the winner, do you first ensure to review every review, which was posted at the particular month, or you just pick a winner from that reviews, that were checked and awarded with CLChips in time? (I guess that the first option is right, but just to be sure 😀

Any review written in the month in question will be eligible to win for that month (timing is based on the date and time stamp that appears on the top right of every post). So I will ensure that all valid reviews are checked, read and points credited before deciding on the monthly winner.

In terms of criteria, any review that makes me laugh will be a front runner. Creative and well written reviews will also do well. And of course one that offers some good feedback/advice for fellow members!

It's been a crazy month for reviews....as Ed mentioned in the post above, some disappointing actions from a few have resulted in a tougher stance on CLChips for reviews. But the good news is the monthly winner for reviews still receives 100 CLChips. So don't be shy, share your views (whether they be positive or negative) about casinos you've played at. It just takes one great and interesting review to win the monthly prize!

Honourable mention need to go out to PeDrone with his review about Dash Casino and not so politically correct statement about male versus female customer support "During my personal communication with support, the representative was always polite and available, but, I like more the male representatives – no I am not a gay, just the males are more “skilled” in their job." I personally don't have a strong view one way or the other in my experience with CS agents. What's been your experience?? Do you agree/disagree with PeDrone's comments?

But the winner for November goes to Numb48 (back to back wins!) for his particularly interesting story about the rookie CS agent who's left on his own in the call centre and not able to help with a withdrawal request. Poor bugger, I can imagine all the long time agents lumping him with the crappy shift. A very understanding Numb48 decides not to fly off the handle and is then within 3 hours after his request despite the rookie not being able to help. Great to see a positive response ends up with a positive outcome!

mmm, no any difference between male/female CS, really. Never saw any difference, and i am pretty sure there is a lot of great agents from both sides(and a lot bad agents 😂).
