Review of Kaiser Slots

There are a few things I think of when I hear the word Kaiser: a crusty bread roll, an Emperor, or even Franz Beckenbauer. Internet casino Kaiser Slots goes with a grinning cartoon German Shepherd dog wearing a crown. This is just the first of several questionable decisions I encountered at Kaiser, which is another in the ever expanding list of casinos running on the Aspire Global platform.

Software and game selection

Starting with by far the best aspect of this casino, the Kaiser Slots website is simple, clean, and easy to navigate. Registering an account and getting myself set up to play was as simple as filling out a short form and making an instant deposit. The games are sorted by genre, and large thumbnails for each title are available. A search function is also available, and it works nicely as it throws multiple suggestions as you begin typing characters in. Mobile play is also supported, and the site looks good on both my iPhone and my iPad.

The game selection is great when you consider the slots, as there are over 900 games available to the Aspire platform. This includes games from developers like Blueprint Gaming, Thunderkick, Net Entertainment, Microgaming, Quickspin and more, and you'll find games of varying themes and features.
Table games and video poker games are available, although the selection is limited. There is also a selection of live dealer Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat games broadcast from studios by Evolution Gaming, which are very high quality.

Banking, customer support, and bonus policy

The Achilles heel of other casinos running on Aspire Global's platform that I have reviewed has been the banking system. Not so much the deposit and withdrawal options, of which there are plenty, but the overly restrictive withdrawal policies that give the impression that the casino is run on a shoestring budget. I am sorry to say that Kaiser Slots is no different in this regard. Withdrawals at this casino are restricted to $2000 per week, and not more than a total of a measly $3000 per month. There is also a 48 hour pending period on all withdrawals during which time you can reverse your cashout, with payouts only being processed after that reversal period has expired. I don't think this is the worst I've ever seen, but it ranks right down there, especially amongst casinos licensed in highly regulated jurisdictions like the United Kingdom.

The customer support team does fare a bit better, and they can be reached via live chat between the hours of 6am and 11pm GMT. There are local telephone numbers available that are displayed on the website according to your country, and you can always fall back on email if the others aren't available. During my test of the system the staff responded to my chat request quickly and answered my questions regarding the wagering requirements on a bonus to my satisfaction.

There isn't really much I can say about the bonuses at this casino aside from warning you not to claim them. The sign-up offer comes with a whopping 40x deposit plus bonus wagering requirement, which for a 100% match bonus works out to be 80x the bonus when we simplify into a common denominator like we do with all bonuses listed on this site. In addition there are extremely low bet limits applied to bonus funds of $5.50 per wager, and even lower at $2.50 per wager if you deposit with Neteller or Skrill. These bet limits are not enforced by the software.

Security, fairness, and responsible gaming

Kaiser protects player information by using SSL encryption at all times, which makes data unreadable by anyone who would attempt to steal it as it is transferred between your computer and the casino's servers. This is a good thing, and it also applies to the banking options.

The casino is licensed in both the United Kingdom and Malta and, in accordance with its UK license, the casino discloses that it applies segregation of player funds that meets the UKGC standards that are classified as "basic". Unfortunately when you read the standards documented by the UKGC, you realise that this lowest level of protection will not protect your funds from claim by creditors if the casino's operator were to go out of business.

I could find no information on the payout ratios of the games or the casino as a whole on its website. I was able to locate a certificate from iTech Labs that certifies the random number generator (RNG) for an operating group named NeoPoint Technologies, which I know to be a parent company of Aspire Global, but would appear unconnected to the casino the average punter. The fact that the certificate is dated 2008 and under a different name is a bad look. In addition it says nothing about the vast majority of games on the site that are provided by third party suppliers. I also know that the game suppliers used by this casino are on the up and up, and regularly have their games and RNGs audited. However the casino could be doing a lot better in communicating this to players.

Responsible gaming is addressed properly by this casino, again in accordance with UKGC regulations. Once registered you are able to set deposit, wager, and time limits on your gaming at the casino, and you are also able to request temporary or permanent self exclusion.

Conclusion

Kaiser Slots has the necessary ingredients that make for a first class casino: a great game selection, a simple and functional website, and a range of deposit and withdrawal options. Despite this I walked away unimpressed. Sure, there are a lot of games to play here, but that is offset by some questionable banking policies including lowlights like a 48 hour hold period and the tiny monthly withdrawal limits. The bottom line is that there are countless other casinos offering a similar range of games with much less restrictive policies.

Kaiser Slots is due to shut down operations on 1 October 2024. If you haven't already done so, make sure you complete any withdrawals from your account asap.

Be careful of the terms people and remember to play safe, only one account across the entire set of casinos owned by Aspire, so please play and read everything down to a tee.
there payouts and kyc etc are perfectly legit, only issues are the bonus terms so be weary!
hope this helps someone about to make that mistake lol

So a couple of days ago I checked out this casino and I was quite amazed by the bonuses. Originally I wanted to take their welcome offer that I saw on casinolistings but decided not to as it had this insanely high wagering requirements. 80x bonus is way too high- that is something I have seen for no deposit bonuses but not deposit ones. Nevertheless I deposited and played without bonus, with some ups and downs I managed to lose all at the end. I did have a good time with their games as they have many providers that I like. Other than that, I don't think I will be depositing there any time soon as they didn't have anything that would make me come back.
