I won just under $5000 about 3 weeks ago and I've been under verification review. Everytime I call in, I'm told verification is not complete and under review. And someone will be in touch. I even asked for a supervisor and the rep said he will tell you the same thing. And refused to transfer me. I've been playing there for over 2 years and have been verified so many times. But the only difference now is the amount that I won. And now they are playing a game hoping I give up on it. There has to be some way to make this company get penalized or something that will stop this crap. Anyone have any suggestions.

MustangBA I am waiting it out. It's been 4 weeks now. And I saw the thread about the 10k. Can I ask you what are the odds that they will pay me sooner or later or are they just gonna screw me over? Also is there any type counter action that can be done on our part that can affect them somehow so they stop doing this to people?

CL-Ed 4 weeks is unacceptable. I can't see why they would need that long to state whether you had passed or failed the verification either way. My only thought is that maybe they are fearing a chargeback of your deposits for some reason and they are delaying to make sure they clear before they pay you. Did you deposit using credit card?
This group (Bovada / Slots.lv, Ignition etc) is usually very good with quick payments and most people get paid by them without problem. However over the years we have intervened in a handful of cases with that group where people were delayed by their so-called security process. Sometimes we have been successful, sometimes not. But the contact we used to have no longer works there. We can try emailing them on your behalf and give them a prod. adrianooo231 Thats shocking?? was there ever any update on this, over 4 weeks in an insane amount of time for any casino to payout, they have the funds to pay you, thats messed up right there. would love to hear an update on this one

Thats insane, thats terrible for a player to have to deal with.
with such a good win, its so unfair for the player to have to deal with these issues
