Slots LV Disabled my account with 10k in it

I've been playing on Slots.lv for the past year or so and haven't had any issues in the past. In the past year I've made several deposits with no issues becasue I've been consistently losing until last week I won a little over 10k. Shortly after winning, they told me that I needed to do an ID verification online (even though I've cashed out some and deposited many times there before). I tried to do the verification online and got an error so I ended up submitting the necessary information via e-mail. After I did that I got an email saying that my account has been temporarily disabled and is currently under review. They informed me that I will be contacted via e-mail once its complete. I received a separate e-mail from the verification team stating that my account was successfully verified, and yet the investigation is still pending with no reason as to why and they haven't e-mailed me back since last Thursday. Account is now left disabled with 10k sitting in there and no answers as to why.
