The more interesting aspect to Vegas Crest is the set of games that are provided by Vista Gaming. This was the first time we had come across these games, and it is likely to be the same for you. Unless of course you have played in one of their bingo rooms before where the games are offered as "side games" for when people get bored of waiting for their balls to drop. It is always good to see new slots but it is fair to say that the slots from Vista Gaming won't win any design awards. The graphics are fairly simplistic, the sounds are repetitive, and the themes are all tried and tested many times before. They have Ancient Egypt covered with Sands of Egypt, pirates get a run in Princess of the Sea, the Wild West is once again visited in Wanted, and trademark lawyers will be in a frenzy when they see the familiarly spy-themed Games Bond. All in all, there are around 20 of these games, and while the quality is not high, you won't be complaining if you're winning.
Table games and video poker at Vegas Crest are all supplied by Vista Gaming. Despite my reservations about the Vista slots, I actually found these table games to be pretty good. Again the graphics are not of the highest quality but they play smoothly and have loads of options to configure the games to your preference, including the speed of the deal, sound effects, warnings against bad plays. Games such as blackjack also have keyboard shortcuts for common plays which I find to be lacking in most other softwares. All in all, you can play Blackjack, Bare-all Blackjack (a.k.a Double Exposure), Baccarat, Casino War, European and American Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Red Dog, Texas Hold'em, along with a couple of table-based versions of video poker. Those of you that love those whacky "chain reactor" style games where winning lines explode and new symbols cascade in to take their place will also appreciate the games in the "Specialty" section such as Jewelz, Tweet Tweet and Tutti Frutti.
Seeing as how it accepts American punters, I expected Vegas Crest's banking system to be a bit limited. Count me surprised then to find that the casino supports a relatively large number of deposit and withdrawal methods, albeit many of which are not available to Americans. The casino accepts Visa and MasterCard deposits, payment by voucher, bank wire, or standard wire, along with e-wallets such as Neteller, Skrill, and EcoPayz. Deposits are accepted instantly, and are credited to your account either with or without a bonus, which you can select before you put money in. Personally I dodged the sign-up bonus though as the wagering requirements were very high at 40x deposit + bonus which works out to be 80xB at the 100% offered.
Withdrawing money is easy as well, with paper checks, wire transfers, and bank wires being offered by the casino to Americans, and e-wallets to others. Unfortunately cash-outs are held in a reversible pending state for 2 or 3 business days before being processed, so unless you withdraw on a Monday or Tuesday you will have to wait until the following week to have your withdrawal sent. Individual withdrawals are limited to a maximum amount of $3000 paid per week. Anything over and above this amount is paid in instalments over several weeks at least. Overall, Vegas Crest is nothing special in the withdrawal department.
Customer Service is available by email, fax, and 24/7 instant online text chat, but regrettably does not have telephone support. I prefer to speak with someone verbally once in a while if I have an issue, and sometimes it is hard to get your point across when you can't actually speak to somebody. Still, Vegas Crest's staff is quite friendly and helpful, and I did not have any issues in claiming bonuses or asking about how certain things work.
Despite my automatic wariness of all things Rival, I saw nothing untoward in my time reviewing Vegas Crest Casino. The Rival games are good quality, varied and fun, and the addition of games from Vista Gaming may be attractive to Americans who have far less choice than the rest of the world. Those of you outside America are unlikely to be impressed by Vista's rather basic slots and the relatively sluggish withdrawals though. Overall it isn't the fanciest casino on the market, but it does a decent job of offering American punters something different from what they are probably used to.

The only reason I gave this casino 2 stars is because they have a huge selection of games.. I've never lost money so fast on a on line casino or as many times as I have on here. On one game 30 spins and I won 20 cents. I tried betting high and low.. I never once came up at all. Most on line casino i can play $20 for at least a hour . And I'm fine if I don't win at least I m entertained for a hour but . Here $100 gone in 15 mintues. .. I can play longer at other casinos because it won't take 30 spins to won 20 cents . The options for players in the United States are limited and most offer the same games. Vegas Crest on the other hand is one of the few that offer Betsoft games which is a nice mixup to the typical RTG games. They also offer Rival games which some might be familiar with as well. If you're into Bingo or enjoy blackjack/slot tournaments then this is a good site to try out. The don't offer the best bonus's but have some available in addition to free spins. Overall this is a good site to try if you're in the United States and tired of playing the same old games from other sites.

I've been playing at Vegas Crest for a while now- it's my favorite in terms of slot variety. I don't deposit a large amount at one time, so I always take the bonus. While I do find the daily bonuses a bit on the skimpy side compared to other casinos, they usually offer one day a week where they boost their match bonuses, so I try to deposit on that day only. Well, I finally had a good hit, and was able to complete my play through requirements, so I made my first withdrawal for $1500. I felt the $50 fee for a paper check was high, but I was super impressed with the speed of delivery! It was sent Express FedEx, and I got it in 5 days! I've had withdrawals from several other casinos, and I've found delivery time to be much slower (3-4 weeks) even if it's by wire transfer. One piece of advice- always upload your documents ahead of time. That way when you ARE lucky enough to make a withdrawal there isn't any hold-up with paperwork.
Customer service has always been great, whether it's by live chat or email. They also have the amounts of your balance set up in an easy to understand way. I was able to check under my account how much I had left to wager to reach my play through requirement, which was a big help.
Besides the terrific slot variety, they also recently added live bingo! Love the fact that great slots and bingo are on one site! I find other bingo sites usually have horrible slots.
One thing I think could be improved upon is their video poker selection. Most pay tables are very bad, and for the most part, the graphics are sub-par and the deal flow is not smooth.
If they would upgrade the video poker games, I'd make this a 5 star review.

The main allure for Vegas Crest for me is the variety of games you can't find at other US-facing casinos, including the controversial (but fun) Betsoft games played with USD. You can only play so many RTG games before the boredom sets in.
I've deposited several times at Vegas Crest but haven't been lucky enough to actually clear a bonus playthrough, which seems quite high compared to other sites.
Their bonus terms and conditions are a bit clunky, setting a max bet of $5 OR 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. To me this seems a bit predatory and could easily be integrated into their website system to clearly state the max bet allowed when making a deposit, but alas its buried deep within their T&C.
I can't comment on withdrawal speed since I haven't made one, but the options and limits seem standard. The one thing I'll point out that I find particularly egregious about Vegas Crest is that they charge an insane 10% fee on Bitcoin withdrawals. Whereas most US-facing casinos encourage Bitcoin with no fees, Vegas Crest charges the absolute highest fee I've ever seen. Can you imagine a $200 fee on a $2000 Bitcoin withdrawal? I can't for a cryptocurrency.

With so many casino sites to choose from in the UK, I thought I would try something different from my normal sites. I saw the review for Vegas Crest Casino here and gave it a try. First impressions count and the site looked well laid out with easy access to the games I wanted to play. It was good to see a big selection from lots of different software providers, not just the same old games as I have previously found on other UK sites. I have only deposited once with £10 so far (limited playing budget) but I must say that it has been fun. I contacted customer services through the live chat / talk option on the site to confirm that if I won, that I could get paid in the UK. They were helpful and told me that they have many UK players that make withdrawals all the time. Unfortunately, all my wins were played through, so I have not had chance to test this yet lol

i never had one good experience with an Rival casino, because they don't pay players who win from free bonus or even with there own money! well i got an free bonus 10$ and had so much luck that after wagering had an terrific 1200 dollar of real cash, sadly but acceptable max withdrawal i could make was 100dollar, i accepted this. i made a 10 deposit trough skrill shortly after winning this, and withdrawal this 100 dollar, fee i think is very high 10$ fee on every withdrawal this is way too high, for me didn't matter since i had money enough but it's really too high! after several emails send i received funds after 4 days, i think this is quite slow, but positive thing was they check and approve documents within 1 hour! this was really fast and good! support was also fast and informative! first good experience i had here with Rival as gaming provider! good work from vegas crest;)

Vegas crest casino have rival software, and this software have some interesting games, also casinos with this software usually absolutely not greedy about bonuses and promotions, and you can get lot of different and interesting offers here. Vegas Crest is a new casino that I had no idea even existed until I was able to see it here on CL. I like the fact that Vegas Crest offers Rival games, as I am quite sick of playing RTG games at almost every casino I visit. The games are a lot of fun to play, and I really like a lot of the strange looking titles that I saw here.
I think that the intro no-deposit code is a bit of a joke when other sites like High Noon are offering $50, but I can't really complain. Bonuses also have insane rollovers, and I wouldn't even attempt to play with them.
I found deposits to be quite easy, but I ended up losing all of my money and thus was unable to attempt a withdrawal. If you're looking for something different than the norm, I would give Uptown Aces a try. The casino isn't great, but it isn't bad either. Just don't attempt to claim any of the bonuses.
