Vegas Crest: Potentially Confusing Bonus Term

I started playing at Vegas Crest since they offer an interesting mix of games typically not found at other US-friendly sites, but I came across a potentially confusing bonus term that I think should be more prominent.

Their terms mention that with an active bonus, the max bet is either $5 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.

I asked support about what the max bet was with a bonus and they simply said $5 until I started referencing the terms page, questioning the 10%. That means if you deposit $45 with a 100% match bonus, your max bet would be $4.50, not $5.

I told support that's a little confusing and if a lot of players miss that and end up voiding their wins, to which they surprisingly said yes.

After making a deposit there's a confirmation screen showing what bonus amount you got. I made a suggestion that it would be trivial to add a warning to that screen stating what the max bet is (whether $5 or less depending on the bonus and deposit), but I highly doubt said suggestion will be implemented since it's in the casino's interest to let players break the terms too avoid payment.
