But far more disturbing is this clause I found buried in the terms and conditions:
7.13 For players with an active self-exclusion period or active account restriction (maximum loss, wager amount, deposit and maximum bet amount) the maximum withdrawal limit is 1,000 CAD (or the equivalent) a month. This limit will also apply to inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive when not being used for making deposits, playing or making bets, or when it's inactive due to any other reasons, during 1 month.
That's right: this casino is discriminating against players that use the self exclusion and/or responsible gambling controls by lowering their payout limits (along with so called "inactive" players that have an account balance). By extension they are actively discouraging the use of said controls. This is a despicable practice and one which significantly reduces my opinion of this casino.
The bonus policy at this casino is friendly to players. It allows you to withdraw your cash funds after claiming a bonus, but before completing the wagering requirements. The way this works is that you play with your cash funds first, and until your balance has dropped into the bonus funds, the bonus is basically not counted as being claimed. So if you do have an early big win, you can forfeit the bonus and withdraw straight away so long as you have not played with the bonus funds.
Customer support is available 24 hours a day through live chat, email, and telephone. To their credit, I found the staff quick to respond when I paged them to ask about how to find the RTP numbers as well as some wagering requirements. Be very careful when playing on SlotJoint casino it will not let you withdraw any winnings until you wager a set amount. When I tried to withdraw after playing for about a hour this is the message I received ..... Withdrawal is blocked until you have turn over 1509.70 CAD..... I had only deposited $20.00 and when I inquired about it I was informed that there is a set wager amount before withdraws could happen. So they expected me to wager over $1500.00 before I could take any winning out. Now I know how this casino is making their money. Slotjoint used to be one of my favourite casinos to play at and I'd always recommend it. But time has passed and my opinion has changed. As a casino, they have good service, the customer support is quite friendly. But email support can take longer to get a response from. That being said, lately they've been sending me many deposit offers and most of the time they recommend Betsoft games, which I'm not a fan of. Secondly, I really miss a fresh selection of games, they don't seem to offer many game providers which I enjoy playing. And lastly I think that the loyalty system could be improved, as simple loyalty points don't seem to be a good incentive in my opinion. Joined this casino some time ago. I enjoy the promotions and free offerings given by the casino. I have made deposits here but have never honed over my initial amount deposited, so a tad worrying. But their withdrawals I have heard are very fast and no issues to pay. It would be nice if they notify players when they have added a bonus or free spins as we don't always login everyday to keep checking. I am quite surprised to see this as I've been really happy with them. When you request a withdrawal, there is an option of " cancel withdrawal" while it is in pending, I've done it several times. About limits I don't know as it is not a thing I use. Email support can take a little longer to respond but they always have live support available. It's one of my favorite casinos to play, but of course every persons experience is different.

I apologise to this casino I did write a negative review however I was more angry at myself rather then the casino, I did enjoy playing at this casino However the few things I wish they would change are:
