Definitions
- the present invention relates to a guide device for a sliding door, with a guide rail having at least one track for a movable running part, wherein in the guide rail on opposite end sides in each case a mounting part is inserted, and on each mounting part a stop and / or a self-closing mountable is, wherein at least one Mon day part can be fixed via a holder on a top floor or floor, and a method for mounting a guide rail of a guide device for a sliding door.
- the guide device comprises a guide rail, in each of which a mounting part is inserted at the opposite end faces, wherein a first holder which fixes a mounting part of the guide rail in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail and perpendicular thereto and a second Hal ter the guide rail or the other mounting member only vertically to the longitudinal fixed direction of the guide rail and slidably holds in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail.
- the first mounting part on the first holder forms a fixed bearing which secures the guide rail in the longitudinal direction
- the second holder fixes the guide rail or the other mounting part only perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail so that it forms a "Losla ger”.
- the assembly is simplified because the guide rail is secured only at one position in the longitudinal direction, but at several positions perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- length tolerances of the guide rail Füh and screwing tolerances of the holder can be neglected on the furniture body. Due to the stationary positioning of the guide rail on the first holder one or more stops and / or one or meh rere dieinmann can now be fixed directly to the guide rail and thereby predeterminable end positions of the sliding doors before. This he allows a flexible design with regard to the length of the guide rail and the number of holders and at the same time allows a precise Po sitioning of the sliding doors.
- each holder has a locking element for fixing the guide rail or a mounting part.
- the locking element can be actuated via a pivotable lever and be formed, for example, as a rotatable pin or linearly guided slide.
- the Verrie gelungselement preferably has a curve guide, by means of the guide rail during pivoting or displacement of the locking element is clamped fixed.
- the locking element may have an integrally formed thereon resilient portion or cooperate with a separate spring element, so that the clamping forces do not exceed a ge know value and / or to compensate for tolerances to Kings NEN.
- Such a resilient portion may preferably be made by bendable webs on an otherwise bolt-shaped portion on the locking element.
- Each holder preferably has a base or upper surface festlegba re base and a movable locking element, which rests with one end on a web or engages in a groove of the guide rail to set them at least perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the base may have egg NEN hook which engages in an undercut groove of the guide rail, wherein the locking element secures the hook in the groove in the locking position.
- the guide rail can not be lifted from the floor or from the top floor nor horizontally perpendicular to Be moved longitudinally of the guide rail.
- the number of holders per guide rail can be made dependent on the length, wherein preferably at least three holders are mounted per guide rail.
- At least one projection may be formed on the holder, wherein the at least one projection protrudes upward relative to the base.
- This at least one projection fun giert in a load change as a torque arm to prevent Ab lift the guide rail of a floor or topsoil by rail on a vertical and / or horizontal wall portion of the guide is supported.
- the mounting member which provides for a fixation of the guide rail both in the longitudinal direction and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail, preferably has a mounting bar, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the Füh guide rail and is positively engaged with the holder.
- the mounting bar can have a receptacle, opening, recess or a projection which engages with a counterpart in the form of a receptacle, egg nem projection or other component of the holder, so that the guide rail by a positive connection between the mounting part and holder in Secured longitudinally of the guide rail, that is held immovably in this direction.
- At least one fastening element can additionally be provided on the mounting web in order to fix the mounting part in a force-fitting manner to the guide rail.
- each mounting part on at least one Mon day element for fixing a stop or a self-closing where are arranged at the mounting elements on webs, which are inserted into the guide rail.
- a fixation of the stop or the self-closing can be done directly on the guide rail, which allows an op-optimized application of force.
- a suitable Anord tion of the mounting elements in which at least two mounting elements in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail and at least two Monta geiata are arranged in a depth direction of the furniture body in alignment, a predeterminable door offset at least two sliding doors are reali Siert.
- the mounting elements are formed on the mounting parts as recordings in which a clamping element for fixing a stop or egg nes Altereinzuges can be inserted.
- the recordings can be made Overlying sides by webs or projections to be limited to th exact positioning of the stop or dieinzuges to be ensured.
- the nut can first be inserted from above into the groove to then engage behind by a rotation with two inwardly projecting webs on the groove, being fixed by a further screwing a screw into the nut the stop or self-closing clamped to the guide rail ,
- a plurality of holders are fixed to a floor or top shelf of a cabinet cabinet.
- a first mounting part on a front side of the guide rail and a second mounting part are inserted at an opposite end face of the guide rail.
- the guide rail with the mounting parts is then positioned on holders, wherein the first mounting part is fixed to the guide rail Füh to fix by locking the first holder, the guide rail on the first mounting member in the longitudinal direction and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail.
- the other holders hinge GE fix the guide rail only perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the Füh guide rail.
- the order of the individual assembly steps is next to neuter, for example, the holder could be fixed to the top floor or bottom of the cabinet furniture even after installation of Monta.
- the individual method steps are to be carried out in any desired order.
- erfindungsge Permitted method an effective mounting of the guide rail is made possible, which is positioned in the longitudinal direction stationary, so that an end position of the sliding doors via a stop or a self-feeder who can who is fixed to the guide rail.
- each holder has a locking element which engages in a groove of the guide rail or engages behind a web. This allows the guide rail on each holder against lifting and horizontal Ver push perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail, parallel to the topsoil or floor, are secured.
- a fixing in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail takes place only by the holder on the first mounting part, preferably via a positive connection between the holder and a mounting web of the mounting part.

Abstract
(Figure 14)
