Claims (22)
1 Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH Ingelheim na Renu, Nemčija EP 0 521 061 BI Pršilne naprave in postopki razprševanja Patentni zahtevki 1. Inhalator na odmerjeno dozo (v nadaljnjem: ODI) za izdajanje odmerjene količine fluida kot spreja, ki ima kapljice tolikšne velikosti, kot je primerna za vdihavanje v pljuča, s pošiljanjem odmerjene količine fluida pod pritiskom skozi razprševalno sredstvo (22; 57; 80), pri čemer ODI vsebuje: komoro (4; 55; 75) za držanje odmerjene količine tekočine; sredstvo (6) za hranjenje energije; sredstvo (3, 31, 32, 34) za vnos vnaprej določene količine energije v omenjeno sredstvo (6) za hranjenje energije; sredstvo (33, 35) za sprostitev omenjene vnaprej določene količine energije iz omenjenega sredstva (6) za hranjenje energije v omenjeno komoro (4; 55; 75), rezultat česar je vnaprej določeno povečanje tlaka fluida na višji tlak in začetek izdajanja fluida iz omenjene komore (4; 55; 75); in razprševalno sredstvo (22; 57; 80) za sprejem odmerjene količine stisnjenega fluida iz omenjene komore (4; 55; 75) kot enega samega praznjenja iz omenjene komore (4; 55; 75) in za razpršitev odmerjene količine fluida.
2. ODI po zahtevku 1, pri katerem zadevni višji tlak znaša 50 bar ali več.
3. ODI po zahtevku 2, pri katerem je zadevni višji tlak v razponu 100 do 400 bar.
4. ODI po zahtevku 1, 2 ali 3, pri katerem razprševalno sredstvo (22; 57; 80) ob- 2 sega izpustno odprtino (90; 104), ki ima hidravlični premer velikosti 100 /xm ali manj.
5. ODI po zahtevku 4, pri katerem ima izpustna odprtina (90; 104) hidravlični premer v razponu 1 do 20 μτη.
6. ODI po zahtevku 5, pri katerem ima izpustna odprtina (90; 104) hidravlični premer v razponu 1 do 12 /um.
7. ODI po katerem koli predhodnem zahtevku, vsebujoč cevovod (21), ki veže omenjeno komoro (4; 55; 75) in omenjeno razprševalno sredstvo (22; 57; 80), pri čemer ta cevovod (21) ne vsebuje ventila (25) za sprostitev tlaka za uravnavanje toka fluida med komoro (4; 55; 75) in razprševalnim sredstvom (22; 57; 80).
8. ODI po katerem koli predhodnem zahtevku, vsebujoč sredstvo (33) za pridržanje omenjenega sredstva (6) za hranjenje energije v stanju, ko je zadržana vnaprej določena količina energije, in sprožilno sredstvo (35) za sprostitev omenjene vnaprej določene količine enrgije iz omenjenega sredstva (6) za hranjenje energije.
9. ODI po katerem koli predhodnem zahtevku, pri katerem omenjeno sredstvo (6) za hranjenje energije deluje na bat (3; 52), ki je razporejen za vplivanje na komoro (4) z namenom stiskanja odmerjene količine fluida.
10. ODI po zahtevku 9, pri katerem omenjeno sredstvo (6) za hranjenje energije tvori z vzmetjo obremenjen črpalni mehanizem (3, 4, 13, 23; 52, 55, 54, 56) in je omenjena komora (4; 55) zasnovana kot valjast prostor v črpalnem mehanizmu onstran bata (3; 52) črpalke.
11. ODI po zahtevku 10, pri katerem je črpalni mehanizem (3, 4, 13, 23) opremljen z mehanizmom (33), s pomočjo katerega lahko, preden sprostimo energijo iz vzmeti (6), črpalko držimo v napetem stanju.
12. ODI po enem od zahtevkov 9 - 11, pri katerem (52) je bat votel in obsega kanal za fluid za vstop v komoro (55). 3
13. ODI po zahtevku 12, pri katerem je kanal opremljen s protipovratnim vstopnim ventilskim sredstvom (54) za komoro (55).
14. ODI po zahtevku 12 ali 13, pri katerem bat (52) poteka iz rezervoarja (51) za fluid.
15. ODI po katerem koli zahtevku 1 -13, vsebujoč rezervoar (10; 16; 51) za fluid, iz katerega se omenjena komora (4; 55) lahko polni s fluidom.
16. ODI po zahtevku 14 ali 15, pri katerem je rezervoar (10; 51) zamenljiv.
17. ODI po zahtevku 14, 15 ali 16, pri katerem je rezervoar (10; 51) zmečkljiv (kolabira).

ODI po katerem koli predhodnem zahtevku, pri katerem je omenjena komora komora (4; 55; 75) spremenljive prostornine s protipovratnim vstopnim ventilskim sredstvom (13; 54; 74) in protipovratnim izstopnim ventilskim sredstvom (23; 56; 76), ki omogočata ponovljivo polnjenje fluida v omenjeno komoro (4; 55; 75) in izdajanje fluida iz omenjene komore (4; 55; 75).

ODI po katerem koli predhodnem zahtevku, pri katerem omenjeno razprševalno sredstvo (22; 57; 80) obsega izstopno odprtino (104), razporejeno za oblikovanje curka fluida (102), in telo (106) za trčenje, razporejeno v liniji trajektorije curka fluida (102) in nameščeno za povzročanje razbijanja curka fluida (102) v sprej kapljic.
20. ODI po katerem koli zahtevku 1 - 18, pri katerem omenjeno razprševalno sredstvo (22; 57; 80) sprej kapljic tvori z vzpostavitvijo curkov fluida (110), ki trčita drug ob drugega.
21. Postopek izdajanja odmerjene količine fluida kot spreja kapljic, pri katerem uporabimo ODI iz katerega koli predhodnega zahtevka.
