Claims (10)
- 先端部が放電電極となった液体搬送部と、液体に圧力を作用させて液体搬送部の先端部に液体を供給するための加圧手段と、放電電極に高電圧を印加する電圧印加部とを備え、液体搬送部の孔の最先端の孔径及び上記加圧手段により液体に作用させる圧力が、圧力が作用しても液体搬送部の最先端において液体が表面張力により液玉状態を保持して孔の最先端から水が垂れない孔径及び圧力となっており、放電電極に高電圧を印加することで液体搬送部の先端部に供給された液体を静電霧化して該液体から活性種を含んだナノメータサイズの帯電微粒子ミストと、ミクロンサイズの帯電微粒子ミストとを同時に生成することを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 先端部が放電電極となった筒状の液体搬送部の内部の孔部分が先端部を除いて毛細管現象が発生しない大きさの孔部となっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電霧化装置。
- 加圧手段が水頭圧により液体を液体搬送部の先端部に供給するものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- 筒状の液体搬送部の後端部に液体溜め部を連通させ、該液体溜め部内に液体を補給する液体補給部を設け、液体溜め部内の液位が液体搬送部の先端部よりも高い所定の液位以下となると液体補給部から液体溜め部内に液体が補給されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の静電霧化装置。
- 液体に圧力を作用させて液体搬送部の先端部に供給するための加圧手段がピストンであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- ミクロンサイズの帯電微粒子ミストの発生個数の粒径分布のピークが10ミクロン以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の静電霧化装置。
- ナノメータサイズの帯電微粒子ミストの発生個数の粒径分布のピークが15〜30ナノメータで、ミクロンサイズの帯電微粒子ミストの発生個数の粒径分布のピークが1〜3ミクロンであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の静電霧化装置。
- 液体搬送部の先端部に液体を加圧して供給するに当たり、加圧力を調整する加圧調整手段を設けることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の静電霧化装置。
- 液体搬送部に液体中のミネラル分を捕捉するためのミネラル分捕捉部を設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の静電霧化装置。
- 上記請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかの静電霧化装置を備えた食品保管庫。
