Abstract

1. Способ формирования саморасширяющегося стента, содержащий изгиб множества нитей, включающих никель и титан, для образования изгибов нитей и участков нитей на обоих сторонах каждого изгиба нити, расположение изгибов нити для образования одного конца стента, сплетание частей нити, каждая из которых имеет конец, обратное заплетание некоторых концов части нити, прикрепление соединяющей структуры к концам части нити так, что два конца части нити прикреплены к одной соединяющей структуре, при этом количество соединяющих структур равно количеству нитей, и концы части нити, прикрепленные к данной соединяющей структуре, по существу, расположены на одной линии, причем соединяющая структура не является нитью стента. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором стент содержит по меньшей мере два конца, каждый из которых образован изгибами нитей, и изгибы нитей всех концов стенда имеют, по существу, одинаковую форму. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором каждая соединяющая структура прикрепляется к двум концам части нити с помощью лазерной сварки, которая частично автоматизирована. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором соединяющие структуры расположены на одной линии в осевом направлении. ! 5. Способ по п.1, в котором две или более соединяющие структуры смещены относительно друг друга по периферии стента. ! 6. Способ по п.1, в котором концы части нити, прикрепленные к одной из соединительных структур, являются концами одной нити. ! 7. Claims (15)

1. Способ формирования саморасширяющегося стента, содержащий изгиб множества нитей, включающих никель и титан, для образования изгибов нитей и участков нитей на обоих сторонах каждого изгиба нити, расположение изгибов нити для образования одного конца стента, сплетание частей нити, каждая из которых имеет конец, обратное заплетание некоторых концов части нити, прикрепление соединяющей структуры к концам части нити так, что два конца части нити прикреплены к одной соединяющей структуре, при этом количество соединяющих структур равно количеству нитей, и концы части нити, прикрепленные к данной соединяющей структуре, по существу, расположены на одной линии, причем соединяющая структура не является нитью стента.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором стент содержит по меньшей мере два конца, каждый из которых образован изгибами нитей, и изгибы нитей всех концов стенда имеют, по существу, одинаковую форму.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором каждая соединяющая структура прикрепляется к двум концам части нити с помощью лазерной сварки, которая частично автоматизирована.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором соединяющие структуры расположены на одной линии в осевом направлении.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором две или более соединяющие структуры смещены относительно друг друга по периферии стента.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором концы части нити, прикрепленные к одной из соединительных структур, являются концами одной нити.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором концы части нити, прикрепленные к одной из соединительных структур, являются концами двух различных нитей.
8. Устройство, предназначенное для введения в анатомическую структуру и содержащее множество нитей, включающих никель и титан, сплетенных вместе таким образом, что стент является саморасширяющимся, имеет два конца и образован изгибами в нитях, при этом нити расположены так, что часть некоторых нитей заплетена назад в стент, и множество соединительных структур, не являющихся нитями, количество которых равно количеству нитей, при этом каждая соединительная структура соединена с двумя концами части нити, расположенными на одной линии.

12. Устройство по п.8, в котором соединяющие структуры расположены на одной линии в осевом направлении.
13. Устройство по п.8, в котором две или более соединяющих структур смещены относительно друг друга по окружности стента.
14. Устройство по п.8, в котором концы части нити, прикрепленные к одной соединяющей структуре, являются концами одного стента.
15. Устройство по п.8, в котором концы части нити, прикрепленные к одной соединяющей структуре, являются концами различных стентов.
