Claims (14)
- 탄성률이 100kPa 이상 2000kPa 이하이고,
함수율이 10질량% 이하이고,
인장 신도가 50% 이상 3000% 이하이며,
붕산 완충액에 대한 동적 접촉각(전진)이 80°이하인 의료 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서, 붕산 완충액에 의한 습윤시의 표면 마찰 계수비(Qa)가 2 이하인 의료 디바이스:
단, Qa=MIUa/MIUo임.
(여기서, MIUa는 상기 의료 디바이스의, 상기 붕산 완충액에 의한 습윤시에 있어서의 평활한 석영 유리판과의 사이의 표면 마찰 계수를 나타내고, MIUo는 "아큐브(등록상표) 오아시스"의, 상기 붕산 완충액에 의한 습윤시에 있어서의 평활한 석영 유리판과의 사이의 표면 마찰 계수를 나타냄) - 제1항에 있어서, 생리 식염수에 의한 습윤시의 표면 마찰 계수비(Qb)가 3 이하인 의료 디바이스:
단, Qb=MIUb/MIUo임.

(여기서, MIUa는 상기 의료 디바이스의, 상기 붕산 완충액에 의한 습윤시에 있어서의 평활한 석영 유리판과의 사이의 표면 마찰 계수를 나타내고, MIUb는 상기 의료 디바이스의, 상기 생리 식염수에 의한 습윤시에 있어서의 평활한 석영 유리판과의 사이의 표면 마찰 계수를 나타내고, MIUo는 "아큐브(등록상표) 오아시스"의, 상기 붕산 완충액에 의한 습윤시에 있어서의 평활한 석영 유리판과의 사이의 표면 마찰 계수를 나타냄) - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 의료 디바이스가 기재를 포함하고, 상기 기재의 표면의 적어도 일부에, 산성 중합체 및 염기성 중합체를 포함하는 층이 형성된 의료 디바이스.
- 기재를 제1 중합체를 함유하는 제1 용액과 접촉시켜, 상기 제1 중합체를 상기 기재 상에 비공유 결합적으로 적용하는 제1 공정부터, 상기 기재를 제n 중합체를 함유하는 제n 용액과 접촉시켜, 상기 제n 중합체를 상기 기재 상에 비공유 결합적으로 적용하는 제n 공정(n은 2 이상의 정수임)까지, 합계 n개의 공정을 거쳐 LbL 코팅을 기재에 적용하여 의료 디바이스를 얻는 의료 디바이스의 제조 방법이며,
상기 제1 용액 내지 제n 용액 중 어느 하나의 제(k-1) 용액(k는 2 이상 n 이하의 정수임)을 수정 진동자 저울 측정법(QCM; quartz crystal microbalance)용의 수정 진동자 센서에 접촉시키고, 그 후 빠르게 수정 진동자 센서를 순수로 세정한 후 건조시키고, 상기 QCM에 의해서 공진 주파수를 측정하여 측정치 Fk -1을 얻고,
계속해서 이 수정 진동자 센서에 제k 용액을 접촉시키고, 그 후 빠르게 수정 진동자 센서를 순수로 세정한 후 건조시키고, 상기 QCM에 의해서 공진 주파수를 측정하여 측정치 Fk를 얻었을 때,
상기 Fk-상기 Fk -1이 1500 이상인 제(k-1) 용액 및 제k 용액을 이용하는 의료 디바이스의 제조 방법:
(여기서, 상기 수정 진동자 센서는 공진 주파수 9MHz, AT 컷트, 금 전극의 것을 이용하고, 상기 QCM은 기본 주파수 27MHz, 실온(약 25℃)에서 측정함) - LbL 코팅을 의료 디바이스에 적용하기 위한 코팅 용액의 조합이며,
기재 상에 제1 중합체를 비공유 결합적으로 적용하기 위한, 상기 제1 중합체를 함유하는 코팅 용액을 제1 용액으로 하고,
상기 기재 상에 제k 중합체를 비공유 결합적으로 적용하기 위한, 상기 제k 중합체를 함유하는 코팅 용액을 제k 용액(k는 2 이상 n 이하의 정수이고, n은 2 이상의 정수임)으로 한, 제1 용액 내지 제n 용액을 포함하는 코팅 용액의 조합에 있어서,
수정 진동자 저울 측정법(QCM)용의 수정 진동자 센서를, 제1 용액에 25℃, 30분간 침지시키고, 그 후 빠르게 수정 진동자 센서를 순수로 세정한 후 건조시키고, 상기 QCM에 의해서 공진 주파수를 측정하여 측정치 F1을 얻고,
계속해서 이 수정 진동자 센서를, 제2 중합체를 함유하는 제2 용액에 25℃, 30분간 침지시키고, 그 후 빠르게 수정 진동자 센서를 순수로 세정한 후 건조시키고, 상기 QCM에 의해서 공진 주파수를 측정하여 측정치 F2를 얻고,
이후, 마찬가지로 측정치 Fn까지의 측정을 순차 행했을 때에,
어느 하나의 Fk-Fk -1이 1500 이상이 되는 코팅 용액의 조합:
(여기서, 상기 수정 진동자 센서는 공진 주파수 9MHz, AT 컷트, 금 전극의 것을 이용하고, 상기 QCM은 기본 주파수 27MHz, 실온(약 25℃)에서 측정함) - 탄성률이 100kPa 이상 2000kPa 이하이고, 함수율이 10질량% 이하이고, 인장 신도가 50% 이상 3000% 이하이며, 붕산 완충액에 대한 동적 접촉각(전진)이 80°이하인, 눈에 착용되는 저함수성 연질 안용 디바이스이며, 상기 저함수성 연질 안용 디바이스의 적어도 일부에 홍채 모양의 패턴이 형성되어 있는 저함수성 연질 안용 디바이스.
- 저함수성 연질 기재의 표면의 적어도 일부에, 산성 중합체 및 염기성 중합체를 포함하는 층이 형성된 저함수성 연질 안용 디바이스이며, 상기 저함수성 연질 안용 디바이스의 적어도 일부에 홍채 모양의 패턴이 형성되어 있는 저함수성 연질 안용 디바이스.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 원환상(円環狀)을 이루는 차광성의 패턴으로서, 상기 패턴의 중심에 직경 2.0mm 이하의 광학적 동공이 형성된 것인 저함수성 연질 안용 디바이스.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 홍채의 표면을 덮음으로써 상기 홍채를 의사적(擬似的)으로 착색하는 것인 저함수성 연질 안용 디바이스.
- 눈에 착용되는 저함수성 연질 콘택트렌즈이며, 상기 눈과의 사이의 눈물액 교환을 촉진하는 패턴이 형성되어 있는 저함수성 연질 콘택트렌즈.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 패턴이 관통 구멍, 홈 및 주름 구조에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 저함수성 연질 콘택트렌즈.
- 수지제 몰드를 이용하여 기재를 성형한 후, 기재를 상기 수지제 몰드로부터 분리하기 전에, 상기 기재의 천공을 행하는 것인 저함수성 연질 콘택트렌즈의 제조 방법.
