Claims (19)
- 집전체;상기 집전체 위에 형성되며 금속계 활물질을 포함하는 다공성 활물질층; 및상기 다공성 활물질층 위에 전면에 형성되는 고강도 바인더층을 포함하며,상기 고강도 바인더층은 5 내지 70MPa의 강도를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고강도 바인더층은 고강도 바인더 및 필러를 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고강도 바인더는 10% 내지 70%의 결정화도를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고강도 바인더는 -100℃내지 100℃의 유리전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고강도 바인더는 아크릴레이트계 고분자, 비닐계 고분자, 플루오르계 고분자, 이미드계 고분자, 셀룰로오스계 고분자, 아미드 이미드계 고분자, 설폰계 고분자, 알킬렌옥사이드계 고분자, 이들의 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고강도 바인더층은 아크릴계 바인더를 더 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 아크릴계 바인더는 고강도 바인더 100중량부에 50 내지 300 중량부로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 아크릴계 바인더는 폴리(알킬(메타)아크릴레이트-코-알킬(메타)아크릴레이트)인 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 필러는 알루미나, 실리카, 지르코니아, 티타니아, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 필러는 5nm 내지 500nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 필러는 고강도 바인더 100중량부에 대하여 10 내지 90중량부로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고강도 바인더층은 리튬염을 더 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 리튬염은 LiPF6, LiBF4, LiSbF6, LiAsF6, LiClO4, LiCF3SO3, LiC4F9SO3, LiN(CF3SO2)2, LiN(C2F5SO2)2, LiAlO2, LiAlCl4, LiN(CpF2p +1SO2)(CqF2q +1SO2)(여기서, p 및 q는 자연수임), LiSO3CF3, LiCl, LiI, 리튬 비스옥살레이트 보레이트(lithium bisoxalate borate), 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 리튬염은 고강도 바인더층 총 중량에 대하여 1 내지 50 중량%로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고강도 바인더층은 1 내지 20㎛ 의 두께를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다공성 활물질층은 30 내지 70부피%의 기공도를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극활물질은 금속 리튬, 리튬과 합금화가능한 금속 물질, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리튬과 합금화가능한 금속 물질은 Na, K, Rb, Cs, Fr, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, Ti, Ag, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, Bi 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극;양극; 및전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
