Abstract
이차 전지(100)는, 제1 집전체(11) 상에 정극 활물질층(12)을 배치하여 이루어지는 정극판(10)과, 부극 활물질층(22)을, 정극 활물질층의 면적보다도 큰 면적으로 제2 집전체(21) 상에 배치하여 이루어지는 부극판(20)을, 세퍼레이터를 통하여 적층하여 이루어지는 발전 요소(110)를 갖는다. 부극판은, 정극 활물질층에 대향하고 있는 대향부(20a)와 정극 활물질층에 대향하지 않은 비대향부(20b)를 구비한다. 부극판과 세퍼레이터는, 접착층(45)을 통하여 접착되어 있고, 세퍼레이터에 대향부를 접착하는 제1 접착부(45a)의 접착 강도보다도, 세퍼레이터에 비대향부를 접착하는 제2 접착부(45b)의 접착 강도의 쪽이 크다.

Claims (6)
- 제1 집전체의 적어도 한쪽 면 상에 정극 활물질층을 배치하여 이루어지는 정극판과, 부극 활물질층을, 상기 정극 활물질층의 면적보다도 큰 면적으로, 제2 집전체의 적어도 한쪽 면 상에 배치하여 이루어지는 부극판을, 전해질을 보유하는 세퍼레이터를 사이에 두고, 상기 정극 활물질층과 상기 부극 활물질층이 대향한 상태로 적층하여 이루어지는 발전 요소를 갖고,
상기 부극판은, 상기 세퍼레이터를 사이에 두고 상기 정극 활물질층에 대향하고 있는 대향부와, 상기 대향부의 외주에 위치하고, 상기 세퍼레이터를 사이에 두고 상기 정극 활물질층에 대향하고 있지 않은 비대향부를 구비하고,
상기 부극판과 상기 세퍼레이터는 접착층을 통하여 접착되어 있고,
상기 접착층에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터에 상기 대향부를 접착하는 제1 접착부의 접착 강도보다도, 상기 세퍼레이터에 상기 비대향부를 접착하는 제2 접착부의 접착 강도의 쪽이 큰 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 접착부를 구성하는 재료의 평균 입경은, 상기 제1 접착부를 구성하는 재료의 평균 입경보다도 작은 이차 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 접착부를 구성하는 재료의 단위 면적당 도포량은, 상기 제1 접착부를 구성하는 재료의 단위 면적당 도포량보다도 큰 이차 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 접착부를 구성하는 재료와 상기 제2 접착부를 구성하는 재료는 상이한 이차 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 접착부는 비이온 투과성을 갖는 이차 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 리튬 이온 이차 전지이며,
상기 부극 활물질층에 포함되는 부극 활물질 중 적어도 1종은, 실리콘, 실리콘 합금 및 실리콘 산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 이차 전지.
