前記第1の端面に設けられ、前記第1の端面に引き出された前記第1の内部電極と接続された第1の端面電極と、前記第2の端面に設けられ、前記第2の端面に引き出された前記第2の内部電極と接続された第2の端面電極と、
を備え、
前記第1の内部電極、前記第2の内部電極、前記セパレータ層、前記第1の端面電極、および、前記第2の端面電極が一体的に焼結した焼結体であることを特徴とする。
図1は、第1の実施形態における蓄電デバイス100の構成を模式的に示す斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す蓄電デバイス100のII-II線に沿った模式的断面図である。図3は、図1に示す蓄電デバイス100のIII-III線に沿った模式的断面図である。図1~図3において、Lは長さ方向、Wは幅方向、Tは厚み方向(内部電極の積層方向)をそれぞれ示す。
上述した構成を有する蓄電デバイス100の製造方法の一例について説明する。
図4は、第2の実施形態における蓄電デバイス200の構成を模式的に示す斜視図である。図5は、図4に示す蓄電デバイス200のV-V線に沿った模式的断面図である。

Claims (10)
- 長さ方向および幅方向に沿って延びる面であり、厚み方向に対向する第1の主面および第2の主面と、前記長さ方向および前記厚み方向に沿って延びる面であり、前記幅方向に対向する第1の側面および第2の側面と、前記幅方向および前記厚み方向に沿って延びる面であり、前記長さ方向に対向する第1の端面および第2の端面とを有し、前記第1の端面に引き出された第1の内部電極と、前記第2の端面に引き出された第2の内部電極と、前記第1の内部電極と前記第2の内部電極との間に位置するセパレータ層と、電解液とを備える内部素子と、
前記第1の端面に設けられ、前記第1の端面に引き出された前記第1の内部電極と接続された第1の端面電極と、
前記第2の端面に設けられ、前記第2の端面に引き出された前記第2の内部電極と接続された第2の端面電極と、
を備え、
前記第1の内部電極、前記第2の内部電極、前記セパレータ層、前記第1の端面電極、および、前記第2の端面電極が一体的に焼結した焼結体であることを特徴とする蓄電デバイス。 - 前記内部素子の前記第1の主面、前記第2の主面、前記第1の側面、および、前記第2の側面を保護する外層をさらに備え、
前記外層は、酸化物、窒化物、および、炭化物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むセラミック材料と、非晶質固体であるガラス材料とのうちの少なくとも一方を含む材料から形成された焼結体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記外層には、前記電解液を注液するための注液口が設けられており、
前記注液口を封止するための封止部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記内部素子を収容する収容容器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記蓄電デバイスは、金属粒子と非晶質固体であるガラスの複合体を含み、前記収容容器に設けられた第1の外部電極または第2の外部電極と前記内部素子とを電気的に接続する導電部をさらに備え、
前記収容容器は、
前記内部素子と対向する面である内側底面に設けられた第1の端子と、
前記内側底面と反対側の面である外側底面に設けられ、前記第1の端子と電気的に接続されている前記第1の外部電極と、
前記内側底面に設けられた第2の端子と、
前記外側底面に設けられ、前記第2の端子と電気的に接続されている前記第2の外部電極と、
を備え、
前記導電部は、前記第1の端面電極と前記第1の端子との間を電気的に接続する第1の導電部と、前記第2の端面電極と前記第2の端子との間を電気的に接続する第2の導電部とを含み、
前記第1の内部電極、前記第2の内部電極、前記セパレータ層、前記第1の端面電極、前記第2の端面電極、前記収容容器、および、前記導電部は、一体的に焼結した焼結体であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記第1の導電部は、前記第1の端子の表面を覆うように設けられており、
前記第2の導電部は、前記第2の端子の表面を覆うように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記第1の内部電極および前記第2の内部電極はそれぞれ、集電体と活物質層とを有しており、
前記活物質層は、活物質粒子と、無機物からなる無機フィラーとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記集電体は、金属粒子の焼結体であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記セパレータ層は、酸化物、窒化物、および、炭化物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むセラミック材料と、非晶質固体であるガラス材料とのうちの少なくとも一方を含む材料から形成された焼結体であることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記第1の端面電極および前記第2の端面電極は、金属粒子と非晶質固体であるガラスの複合体であることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス。
