Claims (7)
- リザーバからの流体を処理するさいに使用するシステムにおいて、
前記流体を前記リザーバから受け取るために利用する複数のバイオリアクターと、
前記リザーバから前記流体を受け取るために利用し且つ前記複数のバイオリアクターに前記流体を移送するために利用する少なくとも一つの中間ベッセルと、
酸素濃度、溶存酸素、pH、栄養素レベル、温度、二酸化炭素、アンモニア、細胞バイオマス、ミキサー速度、スパージャー空気流量および流体流量のうちの少なくとも一つを第1のパラメータとして、前記リザーバの中の前記流体の前記第1のパラメータを検出する少なくとも一つの第1センサと、
酸素濃度、溶存酸素、pH、栄養素レベル、温度、二酸化炭素、アンモニア、細胞バイオマス、ミキサー速度、スパージャー空気流量および流体流量のうちの少なくとも一つを第2のパラメータとし、複数の第2センサの夫々毎に少なくとも一つの前記バイオリアクターを関連付けて、前記複数のバイオリアクターのうちの少なくとも一つの前記バイオリアクター内の前記流体の前記第2のパラメータを検出するために利用する複数の前記第2センサと、
前記パラメータを調節するためのレギュレータが複数あり、前記中間ベッセル内の前記流体に含まれる前記第1および第2のパラメータの少なくとも一つを個々に調整するために利用する複数の前記レギュレータと、
を備えたことを特徴とするシステム。
- 前記第1のパラメータと前記第2のパラメータとが同じパラメータである請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のパラメータと前記第2のパラメータとが異なるパラメータである請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リザーバ内の流体を攪拌するためのミキサーを備えた請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のバイオリアクターは可撓性のバッグを有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記中間ベッセルを前記複数のバイオリアクターの夫々に流体を配送するために利用する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数の中間ベッセルをさらに含み、
前記複数のバイオリアクターがバイオリアクターの組を複数構成して、
前記複数の中間ベッセルの夫々がバイオリアクターの複数の前記組の内の一つの前記組毎に流体を配送するために利用する請求項1に記載のシステム。
