Description
Claims (8)
- 第1領域と第2領域を有する金属基板;
前記金属基板の前記第1領域の上部に形成される絶縁層;
前記絶縁層の上部に形成される回路パターン;および
前記回路パターンの上部に形成される発光素子を含み、
前記金属基板は、前記第1および第2領域の間で切曲され、
前記発光素子の上面は、空気中に露出され、
前記第1領域の前記金属基板と、前記第1領域の上部の前記絶縁層および前記絶縁層の上部の前記回路パターンは、回路パターン部を形成し、
前記回路パターンは、前記金属基板の前記第1領域だけに形成される、放熱印刷回路基板。 - 前記金属基板は、アルミニウム基板から構成される、請求項1に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記金属基板は、第3領域を更に含み、前記第1領域および前記第3領域の間で切曲される、請求項1に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記金属基板の前記第2領域は、前記放熱印刷回路基板の外部装着のための装着部を形成する、請求項1に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記金属基板の前記第1および第2領域の間の角度は直角である、請求項1に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記金属基板の前記第1および第2領域の間の角度は鋭角または鈍角であり、前記金属基板の前記第1および第3領域の角度は直角である、請求項3に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記金属基板の前記第2および第3領域は、お互いに反対方向に切曲されて形成される、請求項3に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記金属基板の前記第2および第3領域は、お互い同じ方向に切曲されて形成される、請求項3に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
