Description
Claims (17)
- 回路パターン部と、
前記回路パターン部から切曲される一つまたは一つ以上の装着部と、
前記回路パターン部上の複数の駆動領域に分割された駆動部と、
前記駆動部に共通的に電源を供給し前記回路パターン部に配置される一つの基準電極と、
前記回路パターン部に配置されるか、前記回路パターン部と前記装着部に分割されて配置され前記複数の駆動領域に個別的に電源を供給する複数の個別電極と、
前記回路パターン部に配置されて前記基準電極と前記駆動部を連結する一つの第1電極線と、
前記装着部に配置されて前記個別電極と前記駆動領域を連結する複数の第2電極線と、
を含む放熱印刷回路基板。 - 前記駆動部は3個以上の駆動領域に分割される、請求項1に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記装着部は、前記回路パターン部の一側面から切曲形成される第1装着部と、前記回路パターン部の他側面から切曲形成される第2装着部とを含み、
前記第1装着部と第2装着部のうち少なくとも一つはシャシーに装着される、請求項1に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。 - 個別電極は、第1装着部と第2装着部とのうちシャシーに装着されない装着部に配置される、請求項3に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記装着部は、回路パターン部の側面から切曲形成され、前記基準電極と前記個別電極がお互い異なる平面上に配置される、請求項1に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記複数の個別電極のうち一つは回路パターン部に配置される、請求項1に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記回路パターン部と装着部は、金属基板と前記金属基板上に絶縁層が順次に形成され、前記回路パターン部は、前記絶縁層上に回路パターンが形成されて、発光素子を装着するチップ実装部が備えられる、請求項1に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記金属基板はアルミニウム(Al)基板から構成される、請求項7に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- 前記複数の第2電極線は、前記金属基板の長辺と平行する部位と、前記平行する部位から他の方向に切曲されて前記駆動領域に連結される部位を含み、前記平行する部位は前記装着部に配置される、請求項7に記載の放熱印刷回路基板。
- バックライトユニットの導光通路を提供するシャシーと、前記シャシーに固定される放熱印刷回路基板と、を含み、
前記放熱印刷回路基板は、
回路パターン部と、
前記回路パターン部から切曲されて前記シャシーに固定される一つまたは一つ以上の装着部と、
前記回路パターン部上の複数の駆動領域に分割された駆動部と、
前記駆動部に共通的に電源を供給して前記回路パターン部に配置される一つの基準電極と、
前記回路パターン部に配置されるか、前記回路パターン部と前記装着部に分割されて配置され前記複数の駆動領域に個別的に電源を供給する複数の個別電極と、
前記回路パターン部に配置されて前記基準電極と前記駆動部を連結する一つの第1電極線と、
前記装着部に配置されて前記個別電極と前記駆動領域を連結する複数の第2電極線と、
を含むシャシー組立体。 - 前記駆動部は3個以上の駆動領域に分割される、請求項10に記載のシャシー組立体。
- 前記装着部は、前記回路パターン部の一側面から切曲形成される第1装着部と、前記回路パターン部の他側面から切曲形成される第2装着部と、を含み、
前記第1装着部と第2装着部とのうち少なくとも一つはシャシーに装着される、請求項10に記載のシャシー組立体。 - 個別電極は、第1装着部と第2装着部とのうちシャシーに装着されない装着部に配置される、請求項12に記載のシャシー組立体。
- 前記装着部は、回路パターン部の側面から切曲形成されて、前記基準電極と前記個別電極がお互い異なる平面上に配置される、請求項10に記載のシャシー組立体。
- 前記複数の個別電極のうち一つは回路パターン部に配置される、請求項10に記載のシャシー組立体。
- 前記回路パターン部と装着部は、金属基板と前記金属基板上に絶縁層が順次に形成され、前記回路パターン部は、前記絶縁層上に回路パターンが形成されて、発光素子を装着するチップ実装部が備えられる、請求項10に記載のシャシー組立体。
- 前記複数の第2電極線は、前記金属基板の長辺と平行する部位と、前記平行する部位から他の方向に切曲されて前記駆動領域に連結される部位を含み、前記平行する部位は前記装着部に配置される、請求項16に記載のシャシー組立体。
