Claims (8)
- ハイブリッド車両の電源制御装置であって、
第1の電源電圧を出力する第1電源と、
前記第1電源から電力の供給を受けて内燃機関を始動させるモータと、
前記第1電源に対して前記モータと並列に接続され、前記第1の電源電圧を電圧指令に従って電圧変換して第1および第2電源線間に出力する電圧変換器と、
前記第1および第2電源線間に接続され、前記第1の電源電圧よりも低い第2の電源電圧を出力する第2電源と、
前記第1および第2電源線間に接続され、前記電圧変換器および前記第2電源の少なくとも一方から電圧を受ける電気負荷と、
前記電圧変換器および前記第2電源の少なくとも一方から電圧を受け、車両システムの起動が指示されたことに応じて前記内燃機関の始動および前記電圧変換を制御する制御装置と、
前記第1および第2電源線間に出力される電圧が、前記電気負荷の正常動作が保証される動作電圧の下限値を下回ったことに基づいて前記電気負荷の異常と診断する異常診断装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記内燃機関および前記第1電源の温度の少なくとも一方が所定の閾値以下であることに応じて、前記電圧指令を、前記第2の電源電圧よりも低く、かつ、前記制御装置の動作電圧下限値以上となる第1の電圧に設定して前記電圧変換器を制御する第1の電圧変換制御手段と、
前記電圧指令が前記第1の電圧に設定されたことに応じて、前記異常診断装置の異常診断動作を禁止する異常診断禁止手段と、
前記内燃機関および前記第1電源の温度の少なくとも一方が前記所定の閾値以下であることに応じて、前記モータを駆動制御して前記内燃機関を始動させる低温始動制御手段と、
前記内燃機関の始動が完了したことに応じて、前記電圧指令を、前記第2の電源電圧以上となる第2の電圧に設定して前記電圧変換器を制御する第2の電圧変換制御手段と、
前記電圧指令が前記第2の電圧に設定されたことに応じて、前記異常診断装置の異常診断動作の禁止を解除するとともに、前記ハイブリッド車両の走行許可を指示する走行許可手段とを含む、ハイブリッド車両の電源制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1電源の温度および充電量に基づいて前記第1電源の出力可能な電力を推定する出力電力推定手段をさらに含み、
前記第1の電圧変換制御手段は、前記内燃機関および前記第1電源の温度の少なくとも一方が前記所定の閾値以下であって、かつ、推定した前記第1電源の出力可能な電力が前記内燃機関を始動させるのに必要な所定の電力を下回るとき、前記電圧指令を前記第1の電圧に設定する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の電源制御装置。 - 前記第1の電圧変換制御手段は、前記内燃機関を始動させるのに必要な所定の電力を推定する必要電力推定手段をさらに含み、
前記必要電力推定手段は、前記内燃機関の温度に基づいて前記モータへの供給電力を推定し、かつ、推定した前記モータへの供給電力に、予め推定した前記制御装置の消費電力および前記第2電源の充電電力を加算した電力を前記所定の電力に推定する、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の電源制御装置。 - 前記第1の電圧変換制御手段は、出力電圧が前記第1の電圧指令に一致するように前記電圧変換器をフィードバック制御する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の電源制御装置。

前記電圧変換器および前記第2電源の少なくとも一方から電圧を受け、車両システムの起動が指示されたことに応じて前記内燃機関の始動および前記電圧変換を制御する制御装置と、
前記第1および第2電源線間に出力される電圧が、前記電気負荷の正常動作が保証される動作電圧の下限値を下回ったことに基づいて前記電気負荷の異常と診断する異常診断装置とを含み、
前記電源制御方法は、
前記内燃機関および前記第1電源の温度の少なくとも一方が所定の閾値以下であることに応じて、前記電圧指令を、前記第2の直流電圧よりも低く、かつ、前記制御装置の動作電圧下限値以上となる第1の電圧に設定する第1のステップと、
前記電圧指令が前記第1の電圧に設定されたことに応じて、前記異常診断装置の異常診断動作を禁止する第2のステップと、
出力電圧が前記電圧指令に一致するように前記電圧変換器をフィードバック制御するとともに、前記モータを駆動制御して前記内燃機関を始動させる第3のステップと、
前記内燃機関の始動が完了したことに応じて、前記電圧指令を、前記第2の電源電圧以上となる第2の電圧に設定して前記電圧変換器をフィードバック制御する第4のステップと、
前記電圧指令が前記第2の電圧に設定されたことに応じて、前記異常診断装置の異常診断動作の禁止を解除するとともに、前記ハイブリッド車両の走行許可を指示する第5のステップとを含む、ハイブリッド車両の電源制御方法。 - 前記第1のステップは、
前記第1電源の温度および充電量に基づいて前記第1電源の出力可能な電力を推定する第1のサブステップと、
前記内燃機関および前記第1電源の温度の少なくとも一方が前記所定の閾値以下であって、かつ、推定した前記第1電源の出力可能な電力が前記内燃機関を始動させるのに必要な所定の電力を下回るとき、前記電圧指令を前記第1の電圧に設定する第2のサブステップとを含む、請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の電源制御方法。 - 前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関および前記第1電源の温度の少なくとも一方が前記所定の閾値以下であって、かつ、推定した前記第1電源の出力可能な電力が前記所定の電力以上であることに応じて、前記電圧指令を、前記第2の電圧に設定して前記電圧変換器を制御する第3の電圧変換制御手段をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の電源制御装置。
- 前記電源制御方法は、前記内燃機関および前記第1電源の温度の少なくとも一方が前記所定の閾値以下であって、かつ、推定した前記第1電源の出力可能な電力が前記所定の電力以上であることに応じて、前記電圧指令を、前記第2の電圧に設定する第6のステップをさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載のハイブリッド車両の電源制御方法。
