Claims (37)
- コーヒー豆を微粉砕して第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
コーヒー豆を粉砕または微粉砕して、第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出して、抽出コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを前記抽出コーヒープロダクトと混合して第1のコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第1のコーヒーブレンドを乾燥して、第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを前記第1のドライコーヒーブレンドと混合して可溶性コーヒー製品を作る工程とを有する可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。 - コーヒー豆を粉砕または微粉砕して第1の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
コーヒー豆を粉砕または微粉砕して第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
コーヒー豆を微粉砕して第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
前記第1の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出して、前記第1の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを、コーヒー風味成分と、コーヒー芳香成分とに分離する工程と、
前記第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出して、第1の抽出コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
前記コーヒー芳香成分を前記第1の抽出コーヒープロダクトと混合して第1のコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第1のコーヒーブレンドを前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトと混合して第2のコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第2のコーヒーブレンドを乾燥して第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを前記第1のドライコーヒーブレンドと混合して可溶性コーヒーを作る工程とを有する可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。 - コーヒー豆を微粉砕して第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
コーヒー豆を粉砕または微粉砕して第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作ると、
前記第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出して抽出コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクト生成物に前記抽出コーヒープロダクトを混合して第1のコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第1のコーヒーブレンドを乾燥して第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトに前記第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを混合して可溶性コーヒー製品を作る工程とを含む方法により製造された可溶性コーヒー製品。 - コーヒー豆を粉砕または微粉砕して第1の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
コーヒー豆を粉砕または微粉砕して第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
コーヒー豆を微粉砕して第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
前記第1の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出して、前記第1の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを、コーヒー風味成分と、コーヒー芳香成分とに分離する工程と、
前記第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出して、第1の抽出コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
前記コーヒー芳香成分に前記抽出コーヒープロダクトを混合して第1のコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第1のコーヒーブレンドに前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを混合して第2のコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第2のコーヒーブレンドを乾燥して第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトに前記第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを混合して可溶性コーヒーを作る工程とを含む方法により製造された可溶性コーヒー製品。 - コーヒー豆を粉砕または微粉砕して第1の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
コーヒー豆を粉砕または微粉砕して第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
コーヒー豆を微粉砕して第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
前記第1の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出して、前記第1の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを少なくとも第1の抽出成分と、第2の抽出成分とに分離する工程と、
前記第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出して、第1の抽出コーヒープロダクトを作る工程と、
前記第2の抽出成分に前記抽出コーヒープロダクトを混合して第1のコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第1のコーヒーブレンドに前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを混合して第2のコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第2のコーヒーブレンドを乾燥して第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを作る工程と、
前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトに前記第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを混合して可溶性コーヒーを作る工程とを有する可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。 - 前記第1の抽出成分は風味成分であり、前記第2の抽出成分は芳香成分である請求項5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記第1の抽出成分または前記第2の抽出成分に前記第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを添加する工程をさらに有する請求項5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- コーヒーソースと、
粉砕装置と、
微粉砕装置と、
コーヒー抽出コンポーネントと、
コーヒー乾燥コンポーネントとを有し、
前記粉砕装置で粉砕されまたは前記微粉砕装置で微粉砕され、且つ抽出コーヒーが前記コーヒー乾燥コンポーネントにより乾燥された後に前記コーヒー抽出コンポーネントにより抽出されたコーヒーに、前記微粉砕装置で微粉砕したコーヒーが添加される可溶性コーヒー製品を製造するシステム。 - 前記粉砕装置で粉砕されまたは前記微粉砕装置で微粉砕され且つ前記コーヒーを乾燥するコンポーネントにより前記抽出コーヒーが乾燥される前及び後の両方で、前記コーヒーを抽出するコンポーネントにより抽出されたコーヒーに、前記微粉砕装置で微粉砕されたコーヒーが添加される請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記抽出コーヒープロダクトは、可溶性コーヒー製品の約70%乃至約90%を構成しており、前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、可溶性コーヒー製品の約10%乃至約30%を構成している請求項3に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記抽出コーヒープロダクトは、可溶性コーヒー製品の約70%乃至約90%を構成しており、前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、可溶性コーヒー製品の約10%乃至約30%を構成している請求項4に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記抽出コーヒープロダクトは、可溶性コーヒー製品の約70%乃至約99.9%を構成しており、前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、可溶性コーヒー製品の約0.1%乃至約30%を構成している請求項3に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記ドライコーヒーブレンドは、可溶性コーヒー製品の約70%乃至約99.9%を構成しており、前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、可溶性コーヒー製品の約0.1%乃至約30%を構成している請求項4に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、約350ミクロン以下の平均粒径を有している請求項3に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、約350ミクロン以下の平均粒径を有している請求項4に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、約350ミクロン以下の粒径中央値を有している請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、約350ミクロン以下の粒径中央値を有している請求項2に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、約350ミクロン以下の平均粒径を有している請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、約350ミクロン以下の平均粒径を有している請求項2に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、約350ミクロン以下の粒径中央値を有している請求項3に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記第3の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトは、約350ミクロン以下の粒径中央値を有している請求項4に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- コーヒーオイル、非コーヒーオイル、非コーヒー芳香及びコーヒー芳香からなる群から選択された添加物をさらに有している請求項3または4に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- コーヒーオイル、非コーヒーオイル、非コーヒー芳香及びコーヒー芳香からなる群から選択された添加物を添加する工程をさらに有している請求項1または2に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- コーヒー成分、栄養補給剤、風味成分、ハーブ成分からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つをさらに有している請求項3,4または5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- コーヒー成分、栄養補給剤、風味成分、ハーブ成分からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを添加する工程をさらに有している請求項1または2に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- コーヒーエキス、濃縮コーヒー、ドライコーヒー、コーヒーオイル、コーヒー芳香、蒸留物、風味粉末、風味オイル、スパイス、粉砕ココア豆または微粉砕ココア豆、粉砕バニラ豆または微粉砕バニラ豆、ビタミン、酸化防止剤、栄養補助食品、食物繊維、オメガ3オイル、オメガ6オイル、オメガ9オイル、フラボノイド、リコピン、セレン、βカロチン、リスベラトロール、野菜エキス、未焙煎コーヒーのドライエキス、未焙煎コーヒーのウェットエキス及びハーブエキスからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つをさらに有している請求項3または4に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記コーヒー豆は、微粉砕される前に予め冷凍されている請求項1,2または5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記コーヒー豆は、微粉砕される前に予め冷凍されておらず、
粉砕及び微粉砕機械を冷却する工程をさらに有する請求項1,2または5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。 - コーヒーエキス、濃縮コーヒー、ドライコーヒー、コーヒーオイル、コーヒー芳香(蒸留物)、風味粉末、風味オイル、スパイス、粉砕ココア豆または微粉砕ココア豆、粉砕バニラ豆または微粉砕バニラ豆、ビタミン、酸化防止剤、栄養補助食品、食物繊維、オメガ3オイル、オメガ6オイル、オメガ9オイル、フラボノイド、リコピン、セレン、βカロチン、リスベラトロール、野菜エキス、未焙煎コーヒーのドライエキス、未焙煎コーヒーのウェットエキス及びハーブエキスからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを、前記第1のコーヒーブレンドに添加する工程をさらに有している請求項1,2または5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記粉砕または微粉砕する工程は、約20℃乃至約50℃の温度で行われる請求項1,2または5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記可溶性コーヒー製品を包装する工程をさらに有する請求項1,2または5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記包装する工程は、冷凍環境下で行われる請求項31に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記包装する工程は、真空密封する工程及び窒素フラッシングする工程を含んでいる請求項31に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記微粉砕及び粉砕する工程は、約1℃よりも低い温度で行われる請求項2または5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 各工程における装置及びコーヒープロダクトの温度は、約−5℃以下である請求項25または5に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
- 前記コーヒー豆は、微粉砕される前に予め冷凍されており、
粉砕及び微粉砕機械を冷却する工程をさらに有する請求項14に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。 - 粉砕及び微粉砕機械を約−5℃以下に冷却する工程をさらに有する請求項14に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品の製造方法。
