背景技术
咖啡是世界上很多人喜欢的饮品。它随着时代的发展品种也向多元化发展。随着生活节奏的加快出现速溶咖啡、罐装冰咖啡等。但由于不能快速穿透脑屏障,疗效受到影响。
发明内容
二十一世纪的纳米技术给咖啡加工增添了新工艺、新产品,纳米咖啡是一种采用纳米粉碎技术和纳米包囊技术研制而成的咖啡。纳米咖啡可以用冷水和热水即冲即饮,快速提神,又能将兴奋按要求延续的新时尚饮品,可以达到提高人们的生活、工作质量的效果。
纳米咖啡是将咖啡制成纳米尺寸的速溶颗粒的高品质咖啡。一种纳米粉体能快速吸收,透过脑屏障快速提神醒脑,另一种纳米缓释咖啡,使体内保持一定咖啡水平,保持机体与大脑的兴奋状态,提高运动和工作效率,防止打盹引发事故的发生,并可防治老年痴呆。
具体实施方式
本发明第一种“纳米粉体咖啡”,是采用咖啡粗粉经气流粉碎与球磨粉碎制成的平均的50-500纳米左右的微粒,用冷热水均可冲饮。由于能快速透过脑屏障,饮后十秒即可进入兴奋状态。第二种是“纳米缓释咖啡”,是采取萃取、水提取或渗滤提取技术将咖啡精华,用纳米包囊技术制成50-500纳米的缓释微粒咖啡,饮后在体内维持一定的时间,保持一定的兴奋水平,延缓疲劳的发生,对脑力劳动者以及运动员、司机、加班、夜班工作者保持旺盛的精力、体力,起到了一定兴奋维持作用,并可防治老年痴呆,是新时代的新咖啡。

Claims (2)

1.一种纳米咖啡,其特征是:是将咖啡制成纳米尺寸的速溶颗粒的高品质咖啡,纳米咖啡分两种一种能快速吸收,透过脑屏障快速提神醒脑,另一种可缓释,使体内保持一定咖啡水平,保持机体与大脑的兴奋状态,提高运动和工作效率,防止打盹引发事故的发生。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米咖啡,其特征是:本发明第一种纳米粉体咖啡是采用咖啡粗粉经气流粉碎与球磨粉碎制成的平均的50-500纳米左右的微粒,用冷热水均可冲饮,由于能快速透过脑屏障,饮后十秒即可进入兴奋状态,第二种是纳米包囊缓释咖啡,是采取萃取、水提取或渗滤提取技术将咖啡精华,用纳米包囊技术制成50-500纳米的缓释微粒咖啡,饮后在体内维持一定的时间,保持一定的兴奋水平,延缓疲劳的发生,对运动员、司机、加班、夜班工作者保持旺盛的精力、体力,起到了一定兴奋维持作用,同时具有减少老年痴呆问题的功效,是新时代的新咖啡。
