Abstract
Description
本特許出願は、その内容が参照により本明細書に援用される、2007年10月2日出願の米国仮特許出願第60/976845号明細書の優先権を主張するものである。
・機器の交換の頻度の減少
・機器破損および漏洩に関係するリスクの低下
・機器材料成分によるプロセス製品の汚染の減少
である。
連続式プロセスで、グリセロール、塩化水素およびアジピン酸を、ジクロロプロパノール、モノクロロプロパンジオール、塩化水素および水を含有する混合物を生み出すようにエナメルで被覆された鋼反応器で約720時間反応させた。反応器のエナメル外層は、表2に開示される組成1を有する。
実施例1のジクロロプロパノール、モノクロロプロパンジオール、塩化水素および水を含有する混合物を、実施例1の連続プロセス全ての間ずっと、エナメルで被覆された鋼製の機器部品を通して循環させ、かかる部品のエナメル外層は表2に開示される組成6および7を有した。
エナメル外層が表2に開示される組成1〜5を有する、エナメルで被覆された棒鋼を保持するポリテトラフルオロエチレン棒をオートクレーブ中:
・反応媒体の1kg当たり、20gの塩化水素、253gのジクロロプロパノール、100gの水、294gのモノクロロプロパンジオール、5gのジクロロプロパノールエステル、80gのモノクロロプロパンジオールエステルを含み、残りがアジピン酸、グリセロール、グリセロールエステルおよび部分的に塩素化されたおよび/またはエステル化されたグリセロールオリゴマーからなる液体混合物中に、ならびに
・上記液体混合物の上方の気相中に
置いた。
Claims (20)
- クロロヒドリン、塩化水素および水を含有する混合物と接触することを意図される、機器をコーティングするための材料としてのまたは機器の構成材料としての、ケイ素が組成物の1kg当たり235g以上のSiの量で存在し、カルシウムが組成物の1kg当たり25g以下のCaの量で存在する、ケイ素、酸素およびカルシウムを含む組成物の使用。
- 前記組成物が組成物の1kg当たり4g以上のKの量でカリウムをさらに含む請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記組成物が組成物の1kg当たり10g以下のTiの量でチタンをさらに含む請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- クロロヒドリン、塩化水素および水を含有する混合物と接触することを意図される、機器をコーティングするための材料としてのまたは機器の構成材料としての、ケイ素が組成物の1kg当たり235g以上のSiの量で存在し、カリウムが組成物の1kg当たり4g以上のKの量で存在する、ケイ素、酸素およびカリウムを含む組成物の使用。
- 前記組成物が組成物の1kg当たり10g以下のTiの量でチタンをさらに含む請求項4に記載の使用。
- クロロヒドリン、塩化水素および水を含有する混合物と接触することを意図される、機器をコーティングするための材料としてのまたは機器の構成材料としての、ケイ素が組成物の1kg当たり235g以上のSiの量で存在し、チタンが組成物の1kg当たり10g以下のTiの量で存在する、ケイ素、酸素およびチタンを含む組成物の使用。
- 前記組成物が、ナトリウム、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、コバルト、ジルコニウム、バリウム、鉄、ストロンチウムおよび亜鉛から選択される元素の少なくとも1種をさらに含む請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 電荷の当量単位で表されるカリウムとカルシウムとの比が0.05以上および2以下である、請求項2または3に記載の使用。
- 前記組成物がエナメルである請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記組成物が機器をコーティングするための材料であり、前記機器が金属または金属合金を含有する材料で形成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記機器の材料が鋼である請求項10に記載の使用。
- 前記機器をコーティングするための材料が少なくとも2つの重畳層、内層および外層を含み、前記外層が前記組成物を含む請求項10または11に記載の使用。
- 走査電子顕微鏡法によって測定される、前記外層の厚さが、0.2mm以上および2mm以下である請求項12に記載の使用。
- クロロヒドリン、塩化水素および水を含有する混合物との前記接触が、
・60℃以上および200℃以下の温度、
・0.04バール絶対以上および20バール絶対以下の圧力、
のうちの少なくとも1つの条件下で実施され、
前記混合物中のクロロヒドリンがそのままでおよび/またはエステルの形態で存在し、前記混合物が、
・混合物の1kg当たりのクロロヒドリンのモル単位で表される量で0.1以上および8以下のクロロヒドリンおよび/または
・混合物の1kg当たり1g以上および混合物の1kg当たり750g以下の量の塩化水素、および/または
・混合物の1kg当たり5g以上および混合物の1kg当たり900g以下の量の水
を含有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の使用。 - 前記機器が、化合物が貯蔵される、化学反応および/または物理的操作が実施される容器、管材料、バルブ、およびこれらの容器を連結する連結器、これらの連結器で気密を確実にする部品、容器間で化合物を移送するために必要とされる計器、化合物の貯蔵、移送を制御するために、または化学反応および物理的操作を実施するために必要とされる様々なパラメーターを測定するための計器および装置から選択される請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記クロロヒドリン、塩化水素および水を含有する混合物がポリヒドロキシル化脂肪族炭化水素、ポリヒドロキシル化脂肪族炭化水素のエステルまたはこれら2種の混合物を、塩化水素を含有する塩素化剤と反応させることによって得られる請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記クロロヒドリンが、モノクロロプロパンジオール、ジクロロプロパノールおよびそれらの混合物から選ばれ、前記ポリヒドロキシル化脂肪族炭化水素がグリセロールである請求項16に記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の使用を含む、ポリヒドロキシル化脂肪族炭化水素、ポリヒドロキシル化脂肪族炭化水素のエステルまたはこれら2種の混合物が塩化水素を含有する塩素化剤と反応させられる、幾つかの工程を含むクロロヒドリンの製造方法。
- 請求項18に記載のクロロヒドリンの製造方法、その後の前記クロロヒドリンの脱塩化水素方法を含むエポキシドの製造方法。
