Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Korkenzieher nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Ein derartiger Korkenzieher ist aus der GB-A-2 091 227 bekannt. Bei dem vorbekannten Korkenzieher sind das Loch zum Einstecken der hülsenförmigen Schutzkappe einerseits und das hakenförmige Teil zum Öffnen von mit Kronkapselverschlüssenen verschlossenen Flaschen andererseits nebeneinander angeordnet, wobei sich das hakenförmige Teil im Endbereich des Kopfes des Korkenziehers befindet. Dadurch besteht die Gefahr, daß man sich an diesem hakenförmigen Teil verletzt oder daß es sich an Stoffen oder anderen Gegenständen verhakt.
  • Aus der CA-A-1 170 068 ist ein Öffner für Kronkapselverschlüsse bekannt, bei dem im Inneren einer Öffnung zwei Leisten vorgesehen sind, mit denen der Kronkapselverschluß geöffnet werden kann. Zur Öffnung von Drehverschlüssen sind im Inneren der Öffnung weiterhin Nuten vorgesehen, die an dem zu öffnenden Drehverschluß angreifen.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Korkenzieher der eingangs angegebenen Art zu schaffen, der eine Verletzungsgefahr ausschließt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst. Das hakenförmige Teil ist in dem dem Einschraubteil zugewandten Bereich einer schalenförmigen Erweiterung des Loches angeordnet. Dadurch ist das hakenförmige Teil geschützt in der schalenförmigen Erweiterung angeordnet, so daß eine Verletzungsgefahr ausgeschlossen und ein unbeabsichtigtes Hängenbleiben oder Verhaken des hakenförmigen Teils an Stoffen oder anderen Gegenständen vermieden werden. Dadurch, daß der Durchmesser der schalenförmigen Erweiterung etwa dem Durchmesser der zu öffnenden Kronkapselverschlüsse entspricht, kann sich der äußere Rand des Kopfes auf dem äußeren Rand des abzuhebenden Kronkapselverschlusses auf der dem hakenförmigen Teil gegenüberliegenden Seite abstützen, so daß der Kronkapselverschluß mit großem an diesem angreifenden Hebelarm nahezu verformungsfrei abgehoben werden kann. Weiterhin läßt sich das hakenförmige Teil in formschöner Weise an dem Kopf anbringen, so daß der Korkenzieher mit aufgesetzter Schutzkappe die Form eines ansprechend gestalteten Öffners für Kronkapselverschlüsse aufweist, ohne daß das Aussehen durch die Doppelfunktion als Korkenzieher beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Die auf das Einschraubteil aufsetzbare hülsenförmige Schutzkappe ist in das Loch des Kopfes des Korkenziehers einsteckbar. Dieses Loch ist also im Durchmesser bzw. im Querschnitt etwas größer als der Durchmesser bzw. Querschnitt der Schutzkappe.
  • Nach einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß der Kopf auf seiner der schalenförmigen Erweiterung gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einer Vertiefung versehen ist, deren Tiefe der Höhe und deren Durchmesser dem Durchmesser des Kronkapselverschlusses entspricht. Diese Vertiefung ermöglicht es, Flaschen mit dem abgehobenen Kronkapselverschluß wieder zu verschließen. Dieser ist lediglich auf die Flaschenöffnung aufzulegen. Anschließend wird der Kopf mit seiner Vertiefung auf den Kronkapselverschluß aufgelegt und dieser durch einen leichten Schlag auf die mit der schalenförmigen Erweiterung versehenen Seite des Kopfes des Korkenziehers klemmend wieder an dem Öffnungsrand der Flasche befestigt. Das erneute Verschließen wird dadurch begünstigt, daß der Kronkapselverschluß zuvor mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Korkenzieher nahezu verformungsfrei von der zu öffnenden Flasche abgehoben werden konnte.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist vorgesehen, daß die Schutzkappe in ihrem dem Kopf zugewandten Bereich mit einem sich konusförmig zum Ende hin verdickenden Teil aus elastisch nachgiebigem Material versehen ist. Dieser verdickte Teil dient als Pfropfen zum Verschluß von Flaschen aller Art, insbesondere von Weinflaschen.
  • Die leicht konisch ausgebildete Schutzkappe kann im Bereich ihres dem Kopf zugewandten, dickeren Endes mit einem zylindrischen Fortsatz versehen sein, auf den das konusförmig propfenartige Teil mit Preßsitz aufgeschoben ist. Dieses pfropfenartige Teil kann aus Kunststoff größerer Weichheit und Elastizität als die Schutzkappe, aus Kork oder anderen geeigneten Materialien bestehen.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise kann der Kopf aus Kunststoff bestehen und ist der Kopf auf den Schaft des Einschraubteils aufgespritzt. Der Kopf kann auch an einem Zinkdruckgußteil bestehen.
  • Das hakenförmige Teil wird zweckmäßigerweise durch das schraubenzieherspitzenartig abgeplattete Ende des Schaftes gebildet. Der Kopf selbst kann in Draufsicht etwa tropfenförmig ausgebildet sein, was diesem ein ansprechendes Aussehen verleiht.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Vertiefung im Kopf des Korkenziehers im äußeren Bereich ihrer Wandung mit im Abstand voneinander angeordneten nutenförmigen Vertiefungen versehen ist, die in etwa komplementär zu dem Profil von Drehverschlüssen sind. Diese Ausgestaltung ist aus der CA-A-1 170 068 an sich bekannt. Insbesondere in den USA sind Drehverschlüsse gebräuchlich, die durch Druck an mit Gewinden versehene Flaschenöffnungen angeformt werden. Derartige Flaschen werden durch Drehen dieser Drehverschlüsse geöffnet. Dieses Drehen ist jedoch häufig mit einem erheblichen Kraftaufwand verbunden, so daß der gemäß der vorteilhaften Weiterbildung in seiner Vertiefung mit Nuten versehene Korkenzieher gleichsam als Schraubenschlüssel zum Öffnen derartiger Drehverschlüsse verwendet werden kann.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In dieser zeigt
    • Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf den Korkenzieher,
    • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch den Korkenzieher entlang der Linie 11 - 11 in Fig. 1,
    • Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch den Korkenzieher in auf die Flasche aufgesetzter Position,
    • Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch den Korkenzieher in auf die Flasche aufgesetzter Position mit T-förmig eingesetzter Schutzkappe,
    • Fig. 5 einen Schnitt durch den Korkenzieher vor dem Abnehmen einer Kronkapsel und
    • Fig. 6 einen Schnitt durch den Korkenzieher nach dem Öffnen eines Drehverschlusses.
  • Der Korkenzieher besteht aus einem wendelförmigen Einschraubteil 1 aus Stahl, dessen Schaft 2 in den Kopf 3 des Korkenziehers eingelassen ist. Der Kopf 3 besteht aus einem in Draufsicht etwa tropfenförmigen und im Querschnitt etwa rechteckigen Hauptteil, das in der aus der Zeichnung ersichtlichen Weise mit einem dieses quer durchsetzenden Loch 4 versehen ist. Das Loch 4 ist im Querschnitt ebenfalls etwa tropfenförmig ausgebildet, wobei es etwa über einen Umfangswinkel von 270° kreisrund ausgestaltet ist und einen Radius aufweist, der dem mittleren Durchmesser der hülsenförmigen Schutzkappe 5 entspricht. Auf seiner sich tropfenartig verjüngenden Seite weist der Kopf 3 einen etwa zylindrischen Fortsatz 6 auf, der den Schaft 2 des Einschraubteils 1 umschließt und der zur Halterung der auf diesen aufgeschobenen Schutzkappe 5 dient.
  • Auf einer Seite ist der Kopf 3 mit einer schalenförmigen Erweiterung 7 versehen, also mit einer schalenförmigen Erweiterung des Loches 4. Diese schalenförmige Erweiterung 7 entspricht in ihrem Durchmesser dem Durchmesser abzuhebender Kronkapselverschlüsse. In dem inneren Randbereich der schalenförmigen Erweiterung 7 ist frei auskragend das hakenförmige Teil 8, das als schraubenzieherspitzenartiger Vorsprung ausgebildet ist, angeordnet. Das hakenförmige Teil 8 bildet den den unteren Rand der zu öffnenden Kronkapselverschlüsse hintergreifenden Haken. Das hakenförmige Teil 8 ist durch das abgeplattete Ende des Schaftes 2 des Einschraubteils 1 gebildet. Dieser Schaft 2 ist in seinem Endbereich in der aus Figur 2 ersichtlichen Weise winkelig abgekröpft, so daß das hakenförmige Teil 8 im Bereich des Randes der schalenförmigen Erweiterung 7 und innerhalb dieser Erweiterung liegt.
  • Auf seiner der schalenförmigen Erweiterung 7 gegenüberliegenden Seite ist der Kopf 3 mit einer Vertiefung 9 versehen, die in ihrer Höhe und ihrem Durchmesser der Form der Kronkapselverschlüsse entspricht. Die Schutzkappe 5 besteht aus einem hülsenförmigen Teil, das sich ausgehend von dem geschlossenen Ende 10 leicht konisch verdickt. In seinem offenen, dem Kopf 3 zugewandten Bereich ist die Schutzkappe 5 ausgehend von einer durch eine Stufe gebildeten Ringschulter 11 mit einem zylindrischen Teil 12 versehen, auf den das konusförmige, pfropfenförmige Teil 13 mit Preßsitz aufgeschoben ist. Die Schutzkappe 5 besteht zweckmäßigerweise aus relativ hartem klarsichtigen Kunststoff, während das pfropfenförmige Teil 13 aus elastischerem Kunststoff oder Kork bestehen kann.

Claims (8)

1. Korkenzieher mit einem Kopf (3), in dem der Schaft (2) des mit einer Spitze versehenen wendelförmigen Einschraubteils (1) befestigt und der mit einem diesen quer durchsetzenden Loch (4) versehen ist, in das als Zugteil eine auf das Einschraubteil (1) aufsetzbare hülsenförmige Schutzkappe (5) T-förmig einsteckbar ist, und mit einem hakenförmigen Teil (8) zum Öffnen von mit Kronkapselverschlüssen verschlossenen Flaschen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Loch (4) an einem Ende auf einen Durchmesser schalenförmig erweitert ist, der etwa dem Durchmesser der Kronkapselverschlüsse entspricht,
und daß das hakenförmige Teil (8) in dem dem Einschraubteil (1) zugewandten Bereich der schalenförmigen Erweiterung (7) angeordnet ist.
2. Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (3) in seiner der schalenförmigen Erweiterung (7) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einer Vertiefung (9) versehen ist, deren Tiefe der Höhe und deren Durchmesser dem Durchmesser der Kronkapselverschlüsse entspricht.
3. Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzkappe (5) in ihrem dem Kopf (3) zugewandten Bereich mit einem sich konusförmig zum Ende hin verdickenden Teil (13) aus elastisch nachgiebigem Material versehen ist.

Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leicht konisch ausgebildete Schutzkappe (5) in dem Bereich ihres dem Kopf (3) zugewandten, dickeren Endes mit einem zylindrischen Fortsatz (12) versehen ist, auf den das konusförmige pfropfenartige Teil (13) mit Preßsitz aufgeschoben ist.
5. Korkenzieher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (3) aus Kunststoff besteht und auf den Schaft (2) des Einschraubteils (1) aufgespritzt ist.
6. Korkenzieher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hakenförmige Teil (8) durch das schraubenzieherartig abgeplattete Ende des Schaftes (2) gebildet ist.
7. Korkenzieher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (3) in Draufsicht etwa tropfenförmig ausgebildet ist.
8. Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (9) im äußeren Bereich ihrer Wandung mit im Abstand voneinander angeordneten nutenförmigen Vertiefungen versehen ist, die in etwa komplementär zu dem Profil von Drehverschlüssen sind.
