Abstract
APARELHO DE TERMINAL E MÉTODO DE TRANSMISSÃO. A presente invenção refere-se à inibição de um aumento na quantidade de recursos de A/N, sem mudar o momento no qual o resultado de detecção de erro de uma SCell é notificado quando as configurações de UL-DL a serem configuradas para cada uma das bandas de unidade são diferentes, a partir do momento no qual o resultado de detecção de erro é notificado quando somente uma única banda de unidade é configurada. Uma unidade de controle (208) transmite, com o uso de uma primeira banda de unidade, um sinal de resposta que inclui resultados de detecção de erro a respeito de dados recebidos tanto com a primeira banda de unidade quanto com uma segunda banda de unidade. Em uma primeira composição padrão definida para a primeira banda de unidade, um subquadro de comunicação por enlace ascendente é definido para ser o mesmo momento que pelo menos um subquadro de comunicação por enlace ascendente de uma segunda composição padrão definida para a segunda banda de unidade.
