New features and improvements

• Alert actions v2 is now in GA, offering a global top level alert action experience, team ownerships and multiple alert sources per alert action

• The Telegram integration has been improved

• Alert sources now offer an Event Explorer to discover and debug event traffic as well as alert creation

• Status page SMS opt-ins now use ilert's link shortner service

• Private status pages now send notifications to public subscriptions in IP range scenarios

• There is now an option to export Teams as CSV for admins

• The User CSV export has been improved
