Yes, you really do have to be careful. And the option of setting a loss limit for one day has certainly proven to be effective. I have now switched to withdrawing smaller amounts because I noticed that problems can arise from €2500 at the latest, for example requests for documents that have already been submitted or whatever. The biggest problem I see with this casino, however, is that the amount you want to withdraw is not deducted from your player account. So if you don't set a loss limit and keep playing, it can quickly happen that you accidentally go under the amount you want to withdraw by a few cents. Even if you win a few hundred euros again afterwards, the deposit request is then automatically cancelled. So I can only recommend the loss limit. However, the "responsible gaming" section is relatively hidden. You can find it under Settings, very small at the bottom of the profile.

Yes, I am fully verified. At the moment I have another problem and have been waiting for an amount of €3,300 since August 15, 2024.
