    This practice aims to improve possession through the thirds. It is organized into whole practice and part practice segments. In the whole practice, the pitch is split into thirds with goals at each end and teams of 6 play 6v6 keeping possession through the thirds. The part practices have different setups - one with 5v2 keeping possession to score in pugg goals, and another with 4v3 doing the same. Coaching focuses on supporting play as a unit, creating space, possession with purpose to create shots, and being positive on and off the ball.     Set up is two targets on half way line with a goal at opposite end. One
    team to play from goal into Pugg goals/targets and other team to defend MID

    Slide 2 is 5v2 (5 includes the GK) with 5 starting from GK to play the ball
    into Pugg goals.

    Slide 3 is 4v3 with ball starting with the CB of the 4 to play into Pugg goals FB
